Okay I had use magic jack for a long time and I this is the worst experience I Ever had. First things after I downloaded the new magicjack it won’t transfer the magicjack number I had from last year to the new magicjack number. I called is customer service they are useless at best and unable to resolve the issue I had. So I thought my only option is to get a new number and run this thing well that’s what I thought to do until I try to download the magicjack app this happened “None of your subscription is comparable to IOS” I don’t understand why magicjack became Like this they have ZERO Quality Control to check the consumer is telling them THEY ARE on DEAF EARS so they don’t even bother to correct it. I would say Buyers be aware of it. No More magicjack as times goes buy it appear they forgot what’s business all about other than collecting money I have also started to notice they are starting to block certain phone numbers unbelievable. Why pay in that case I better off downloading one off the FREE app. After all magicjack is only works with WiFi no a cell phone. I don’t understand why they have such a poor customer service instead of working ten times better than the cell phone company.

As it is now, porting in your number will not happen in one attempt. MagicJack needs your SERVICE address and PIN at your current provider, but they don't specify the former nor ask for the latter on the port in request form. With the PIN missing, of course the request will fail. But they don't tell you it failed because of the missing PIN; you'll have to figure that out for yourself. Meantime your credit card has already been charged for the (failed) port in request. It took them over 3 weeks(!) to complete my request. SMH

My only complaint is they charge you extra to transfer your phone number and it takes 10 to 20 days.

Good product, does what it is designed to do. Not much else to say.
