    CHARGED ME RIGHT AWAY MONTHLY FEE. TRIED TO PORT NUMBER CHARGED ME GAVE ME DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CHOOSE FROM DIDNT WORK GAVE ME NUMBER BUT STILL HAVE OTHER NUMBER ON ACCOUNRMT.     I purchased two of these back in June and one of the phone numbers transferred and the other one did not. There is no customer support other than waiting over an hour to get hold of someone and the promises of resolving any issues are just lies. Since it is now October now I have finally gave up on the other one and my original carrier has still billed me each month while I have lost four of my "free" months with Magic Jack. The free year starts when you first activate the unit which means you could potentially pay for something that is worthless and can not be returned. Best Buy would not give me a refund because it has been four months and I am "not an elite" member. You get what you pay for!
