Verizon tells me it's not them; it's MagicJack. I called the MagicJack number several times for assitance, no one has called me back

No free conference call access

However schools were using free conference services which don’t work in this (turns out those free conference services are only free to the users not to the phone company) so returned it. A large disclaimer in the description would have been helpful.

Not Worth it Do Not Buy!!!

Could not use the phone to dial out had to use the magic jack dial pad on the computer which was irritating. Do not waste your money.

I downloaded the app.. couldn't receive text messages also I forwarded all calls to my cell phone but not all of them went through. Not recommended at all

Not all area codes are available and call drops

Also, it doesn't support multiple landline phones either!! I'll recommend getting an OOMA over this magicjack.
