This company has went down hill on a slide.

Service from Best Buy and Geek Squad was horrid. Was on hold for almost 90 minutes. Told to go to "live on line chat" guess what??? It was not live and it was impossible to get to a live person. After two days of this I drove 1.5 hrs. back to the store. Accused of lieing because I did not have the conf ID for a home visit I scheduled on line. I e-mail the conf e-mails to them... I have used "Best Buy" and "Geek Squad" for years, not any longer. Their phone service SUCKS.. as does their customer services.
