Since this is a different take on the Sleeping Beauty story, I wasn't sure what to expect. I liked the story, though and Angelina Jolie was excellent in her portrayal of Maleficent. This is one I'll watch a number of times.

Jolie looks like she walked right out of the original! The graphics were great and it was nice to see this classic reworked while staying true to my favorite childhood movie. Shows you don't always know the whole story.....

First time my family and I saw this movie we cried but love the movie

This a great fantasy movie to watch with family. I liked the actors especially how Angela Jolie played malifaciient. I would really recommend anyone to buy and watch this movie. This would be a wonderful gift for Christmas.

What a great different story line on this classic tale. The wings were the other character in this amazing story. Actress Angelina Jolie was gaunt and scary, loving and caring all at the same time. Purchase and Enjoy Olivia

Not your typical warm and fuzzy Disney movie. Has a dark side but is very well played by all involved. True-loves kiss doesn't always have to be from prince charming...can be a parent/guardian to a child! Love this movie!!!

I remember seeing the original Disney tale of "Sleeping Beauty". This is, indeed a re-telling of the story. Many twists and turns throughout the movie to throw those who remember the original for a loop. Cool movie overall.

A fantastic movie that takes a closer look a a classic Disney villainess and the reasons behind her evil. The end result is a fantastic adventure film. Our whole family loves this movie, I definitely recommend it to anyone.

I for one, really enjoyed the twist of this family favorite, a nice touch and outlook from a different view. After watching this in theaters with the family, the wife and kids couldn't wait for it to be released on blu ray

Disney did a great spin on a traditional story. I think this shows that some villains can start good, but circumstances causes them to go bad. Just make sure that your child is slightly older and can handle the combat.

Always appreciated this film a great deal and so I’m glad to finally own it on 4K. Stunning visually and the Steelbook itself is lovely

Actually a watchable movie for the whole family. My 4 year old daughter actually liked it and watched it a few times. Digital copy is always nice, as usual audio and video quality is great as expected for blu-ray.

Recently purchased this to watch before I watch the new one. Just to refresh my memory such a great movie my kids loved it. Will be watching part two soon as well!

Maleficent has always been my favorite Disney villain so when I first say this version I was very skeptical. I really loved this retelling. I haven't had a chance to watch the extras yet but the movie itself is a must see.

Maleficent is a really good movie. A little dark, but Angelina Jolie does a great job acting as both evil and good. The special effects in the movie are fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anybody to see this movie.

I loved this movie. It is a twist on a fairytale that makes sense. There was a good story line with a good balance of magical/fantsy aspects and action. the special effects are great and don't overpower the story.

This is a logica, fun, dynamic means of giving us the Sleeping Beauty story as well as adding new layers to it. Maleficent and Diaval had a great chemistry which made the movie a good, different imagining of the old tale.

This is a great family Movie. I recommend it to anyone that likes to gather and watch movies as a family. I wouldn't recommend it for smaller children since it does have some possible scary image etc for smaller children.

I saw this on a plane trip and thought it was perfect for my wife and grand daughter. Once I got the Bluray, all of my local family was watching it again, and again, and.... Realy great family movie, Disney does it again!
