Really enjoyed this family-friendly movie. And is told Maleficent's side of the story and why she earned the reputation she had. But it also showed that there is always some good in people even if it is buried.

This is the best movie. Love the idea of the getting Maleficent's story. It was a great movie to share with your child. It's always good to teach kids there is always two sides to a story. This is a must watch.

This is a great film that provides a new twist on the old Disney classic film, Sleeping Beauty. As seen from the eyes of Maleficent, this tale really builds the character, from birth to life after the "event".

found it rather good, an interesting take on an old story characters were likable and i left the cinema overly happy with the movie, i would watch it again. That alone says everything you need to know about it.

Angelina Jolie does an amazing job portraying Maleficent, a hero and a villain. The storyline is much more interesting that the tale of Sleeping Beauty by describing the life of Maleficint. Graphs were awesome!

I had no idea what to expect from this movie since I avoided all of the reviews prior to watching it. It was an interesting take on a classic Disney villain. The events that transpired in the movie really do make the viewer start to feel sympathetic to the main character. A not-so-evil villain twist that made it fun to watch the growth of the character.

Very nice twist on a Disney classic. Very entertaining for the whole family. Its nice to root for the villain for a change. Great visual scenery and effects. Definitely a feel good movie for any Disney fan.

Great movie! Picked this up for my 5 year old as a Christmas gift. We went to the theater and saw it and she loved it! Not too scary for smaller kids. Got the combo pack during the first week for a great value!

Typically you would like your villains to be bad, but having this twist on a classic tale was very refreshing. The visual effects of the film were stunning. Overall, we had to have this movie in our collection!

I've watched this movie several times and never get tired of it. It's great for movie night with the family. Great cast! Angelina never misses a beat! She did a great job as always in this film.

I really liked this take on Sleeping Beauty. It follows the original for the most part but adds in a lot to make this well worth the watch. I really loved how they handled "true loves kiss."

This was a great movie. Very stunning color on the bluray . Angelina Jolie was great in it. Just be aware this is NOT the Disney version! It is say the prequel as to why Maleficent is the person she becomes.

I bought this movie for the whole family. It is a new twist to the classic Sleeping Beauty fairytale. My granddaughter and entire family enjoy watching it. The color, clarity, and special effects are awesome.

Service was good. Went in, picked up the DVD & a snack at the register, then left in no time.The viewing quality was excellent. Even watched the "extras" about the origin of the story & what each character did to make it come "alive". This compilation includes a digital copy (for my iPad or my daughters laptop or either of our cell phones) Yayyy!!! :)

This movie was of awesome quality and the movie itself was amazing. Seemed like it would be a kid's movie, but upon watching it.. it was interesting and entertaining, and the special effects were impressive.

I was initially concerned whether my 8 year old grandson would find parts of Maleficent too scary but that was not the case. The whole family enjoyed the movie, we have watched it three times since last week!

At first, the kids (ages 6 and 8) were a little hesitant in watching due to the previews they've seen on television, but after watching the beginning, loved the way the story flowed all the way till the end!

As a movie I enjoyed Maleficent. However, it should have been billed more as a re-telling of a classic versus the untold story. It was almost an alternate universe version of Sleeping Beauty, changing both the plot and characters of the 1959 Disney classic. That being said, it was a fun, well-acted and enjoyable tale welcome in any Disney collection.
