Disney got this movie right. I saw it in the theater and couldn't wait to own it. However, I was disappointed that Disney did not put out a US 3D version. Still, the movie is amazing from start to finish.

A very different twist on Snow White. Very unexpected events happen. It's fantastic. Small children may be scared, unless they are used to scary movies. Highly recommend it. Add to your Disney collection!

Maleficent is so well done. Beautiful cinematography along with an inspiring message make this a must have for tweens, teens and adults alike! This is one our whole family will watch time and time again.

Disney did a great new, live action production of this old story but now new from the point of view of Maleficent. Angelina Jolie is fantastic as Maleficent. Great family entertainment.

This is a wonderfully made movie by Disney with another great performance by Angelina Jolie. Elle Fanning gave a nice performance as Sleeping Beauty. And the graphics are great as well. A must have film.

Maleficent was a great, different view presented by Disney on their classic Sleeping Beauty. I would recommend showing kids the original Sleeping Beauty then Maleficent. I would have given 5 stars, but its only getting 4 because I wanted to purchase Maleficent on blu-ray, but Best Buy was out of the blu-ray version so I bought the DVD instead.

I enjoy this movie, it has some truly outstanding special effects and a good twist on an old story. i have watched this 3 times and can't wait to watch it again to see things that i missed the first two.

This is a great movie. This is the story before 'Sleeping Beauty'. Angela Jolie is a great Actor. She is one of my favorite Actors. She proved once again her versatility as an Actor. This is a must buy.

The fantasy tale comes to life. A great movie that my daughter loves and keeps singing along with Lana Del Rey. Solid performance by Angelina Jolie. Blu-Ray really brings out the details. Best Buy Rockz!

Angelina Jolie is great at making Maleficent into live action. Movie is great overall filled with great action sequences for a Disney film.

Blue ray dvd have such a better picture quality. I like buying the combo packs because the DVD player in our car doesn't play blue ray. It's not much different price wise for the combo and you get both.

They've remade lots of classic fairy tales lately, but this movie goes one step further - it's told from the point of view of the "villian" - who doesn't seem to be so much of a villian after all. YES, it changes the story we all know, but it's FASCINATING to see it from a different point of view. Visually stunning and DEFINETLY worth a look.

This movie is really good, took my 5 year old daughter to see it at the theater. It was a little bit too complex for her but she still liked it. I thought the movie was really well done, cute and funny.

It's an amazing realistic version of Maleficent from the years. Angelina played an extravagant role n mos. Def. Looks like the character. Love the story line. Excellent movie to have as a collection :D

This film had a great story, camera work and Special effects. Really made me feel like I was there. But for reall I bought it for my 3 yr old. As long as she liked it, which she did, I'm cool with it.

This was sleeping beauty told with a new twist. As Maleficent plays both villain and heroine in this story. The story is told very well with great special effects and the ever wonderful Angelina Jolie.

Absolutely loved this movie. Even my boyfriend was a fan of it. It is safe for everyone to watch and Jolie does a great job with the role she's in. You really feel every emotion the character portrays.
