Was a little hesitant to show my Granddaughter, but it was good. This movie is a fine example on not trying to replicate, but to run with a new idea from an old storyline. Done well.

I never liked the Disney version of Sleeping Beauty but I LOVED this story. It was a bit predictable but I still loved it and explained why Maleficient put this curse on Sleeping Beauty.

I can't spoil anything about this movie, but it is a must see! It gives a whole new and fresh persepective to Maleficent and Sleeping Beauty. A wonderful performance from Angelina Jolie!

While it was not what I had expected and hoped for based on the main character and the previews I still really enjoyed this movie. The parts were generally well cast and I loved how so many of the actors and actresses looked like their Disney classic animated Sleeping Beauty counter parts. Enjoyable for the whole family!

NOT the Sleeping Beauty I remember, this is a distinctly different reboot of the old Disney classic and a very watchable & entertaining movie! DO NOT tell anyone the details and spoil it!

This movie is fantastic! It's a great family movie although I would recommend it for older children rather than younger as it might appear pretty scary at times for the youngest children.

Before watching this movie I never knew the background on Snow White...I always thought the witch was mean...after this I have a whole new perspective...I absolutely love this movie

This movie looked stunning. The visuals we beyond what I expected. Story wise it was a fresh take on a classic. The new take reminded me of how fresh Wicked felt. Angelina was very good.

Angelina Jolie, need i say more she was a perfect choice for this role. the special effects and the way they told the story really open my eyes. and made me appreciate the story of love.

We bought this as a Christmas present over Black Friday week. The kids have watched it at least four times already. They love this movie. The Blu-ray looks amazing on our new curved TV.

Great story from the point of Maleficent. To see her from childhood to adult really puts her life into perspective and the reasons that she turned out the way she did. Loved this movie.

My wife has been eagerly waiting for this movie to be released on Blu-ray and was not disappointed in the slightest. If you are a Disney fan, especially of Sleeping Beauty, pick this up.

In my opinion I thought Maleficent had it all. Great emotional highs and lows, humor, and action. It's definately a little different from the original story line, which may confuse some people. Angelina Jolie was terrific also, she plays an awesome villian. Definately recommended for your home collection, two thumbs up!

Disney does it again! Great movies, great story and casting. Prior to Disney+ we probably watched these 3 times a week.

I was so surprised to see such a wonderful plot. Angela is a magical, lovely actress and was perfect for this movie. Love comes in so many ways as proved in this movie.

The movie was an excellent adaptation or an old story by Disney and the acting and action was great. The extra features were also fantastic. It was great to see how they did everything.

My family seems to think so. They love the "Wicked" feel to this movie and the justification for Maleficent to be the "evil queen" that the original made her out to be. Very good movie.

Great movie I recommend it to everyone.the children who watched this were excited while watching . It kept their attention and they clapped when it was over and wanted to watch it again

We waited for this to hit Bluray at a reasonable price. It's Angelina Jolie ! How can you go wrong !!!! Perfect casting, story was entertaining. Absolutely STUNNING on Bluray at 1080p.

I fell in love with this twist in the original story. I didn't really like Sleeping Beauty, but with Maleficent I saw a different side of the story and quite honestly a better version.
