Good Tripod for beginners

I almost would like to see a handle on each side for easier setup. Other than that....it is well made and very sturdy

Good value for mobility

The lack of excess weight is perfect for hiking with, etc. Just keep in mind the lack of weight makes it easier to knock over... so, as with most all camera equipment, pay attention while using. Positioning bars aren't my ideal design but they are not a deal breaker.
