Sturdy but lightweight tripod
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy with this purchase! Definitely worth every penny. The tripod is sturdy but at the same time it is not heavy where it would be a pain to carry around. Great material quality. The legs slide out easy to extend and to slide back. Folds up compact. Comes with a small tripod shoulder bag with very light padding. Quick release is easy to use. Definitely helps to keep my Nikon D5600 steady when using my 70-300mm lens. I definitely feel comfortable and trust having my camera on this tripod without fearing about it tipping over with the slightest movement or breeze.

Great Budget tripod !
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tripod is a great buy from Manfrotto . I have used it as my primary tripod for multiple trips to San Francisco and New York. I have been pleasantly surprised as to how lightweight and stable it is. The mechanism for the head is smooth and is easily adjustable by the two levers. The legs are sturdy and the central column adds additional height. Despite the windy climate of SF i was able to get stable long exposures. Comes in with a cool sling bag as well to carry it to your destinations. Also has a mobile phone attachment to use with your mobile phones. I would definitely recommend this particular model to all my friends and family.

Great Product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this tripod for my daughter's photography class and she loves it. Very durable, lightweight and easy to adjust. I shared a picture of the section to adjust and it's super easy to adjust. Its also very tall and the picture is me opening it on first level. Great product for the price.

Best Buy saves the day!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You know how everyone started filming their own videos once the pandemic hit? You might have heard about it. Well, that also meant everyone was buying up all the equipment you need to do that. We had a client who needed to do an interview with a C-level person, and because of Covid, we couldn't film. But they could, because of where they were. But...they were going to shoot it handheld. Nope. A quick look online showed that a Best Buy near the client had just one of these left, thankfully. Oh, what about the actual item? It's really nice, honestly, for a quick, no investigation buy. The handling on the headset is smooth, the iPhone mount is nice so you don't have to search for one, and the adjustments make this work perfectly for what they needed. All in all, Best Buy made this possible, and the tripod brought it all home.

Sturdy tripod
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely a very sturdy tripod. I have been using it for over a year now and it is still the same in quality as when I bought it. It looks just like a fiber tripod with a nice matte look. I like how it holds my Sony Dslr in place without having to worry about it's sturdiness. This is super useful if you do not want any disturbance in your picture by inability to hold your camera still. The legs of this tripod can be adjusted to diffrent heights which is a feature I like the best because my husband and I can use it at the same time. The legs spread without any hinderance which gives a smooth adjustment feature. I love it!

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between this the Advanced Smart tripod and the action Smart tripod besides the 4" difference and the $30 more? https://www.bestbuy.com/site/manfrotto-compact-action-smart-61-tripod-black/6244901.p?skuId=6244901
Asked by Mark.
- A:Answer The biggest difference I see is the way the head is controlled. The advanced model has standard arm controls and the Action tripod has a pistol grip with a thumbwheel lock. Most photo purists will like the arm controls while the pistol grip is quick and easy but less stable.

Q: QuestionWill the clasp hold an ipad?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer No, it won't open that wide. Only enough for a phone sideways.

Q: QuestionIs this tripod good for panning? I've seen a couple reviews that say otherwise
Asked by Cami.
- A:Answer It’s not a fluid head, but for the price it’s fine. I’ve used a canon 7D on it and my iPhone. The size and weight of 7D works better on it. IPhone pivot point and lightness makes it more susceptible to vibration etc. Overall I would say if you are panning most of the time while shooting, spend more to get a fluid head that also has a quick leveling mechanism and built in level bubble.
