Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the Compact Advanced Smart 65" Tripod's sturdiness, lightweight design, and affordability. Many appreciate its compact size, convenient for portability. However, some users point out the lack of a built-in level and find the handles somewhat awkward to use. A few also mention challenges with leg extension and panning smoothness.

I replaced my $20 tripod with this seemingly higher quality tripod. It is light weight and I think may be good for cell phones. The things that make it not worth it are the two levers are hard to manipulate (horrible for pans), the head is not interchangeable ( lot of professional tripods are), no bezel leveler, and it dose not come with a quick release plate (CAN NOT USE IT OUT OF THE BOX). All of that is incorporated w/ Sunpak - PlatinumPlus 5858D 58" Tripod - Black $19.99.

It's a good tripod. Everything came intact and the phone mount is exactly what I needed. The tripod has a lot of adjustment knobs which is generally good, but the head doesn't manipulate as easily as I would have liked and because there are so many leg extensions, if you use too many the tripod feels a lot less sturdy than another one I have.

Amazing tripod. Haven’t spent too much time using it, but from the few times I have, it’s perfect. Very smooth, very adjustable. Also supports the weight of my mirror less camera when tilted very low, which is huge. Loving this tripod, and it came with an optional phone attachment! Worth the money.

Nice build. Lives up to the Monfrotto brand name. Decent leg locks, making it easy to adjust height. Only challenge is with the short control arms, making it harder to adjust positioning. Not really ideal for pan/tilt video shorts.
