    I was a bit unsatisfied with the build quality. Design is good, not great as it normally would be when it's Manfrotto. Decided to keep it because of the sales price I got it for was a good value, I wouldn't pay 100+ on this.

    I use this for making videos. I set up my cellphone a little higher than myself so that i can get rid of the double-chin. This tripod is complicated in being able to tilt it downward. Not impressed.

    Pay for a higher-end model if you want better control over your camera/camcorder. This model doesn't have enough adjustments or controls to easily lock in the perfect position. Will be returning not due to quality, but value. I've looked at their 290 model that is almost double the price and still haven't seen some features of my old tripod from a decade ago. I guess Manfrotto just doesn't value certain basic functions of a tripod like a level indicator, lockable horizontal adjustment, stabilization bars from the legs to the center shaft, etc.
