Dear god no. The pan and tilt handles are poorly designed and are so frustrating to use. I spend more time fiddling with them than focused on the camera or photography.

Cheap plastic. I expected more from Manfrotto. Pieces immediately broke off as soon as I started working with the adjustable tripod heads. Stay away from this model.

Not a good product. The parts fall apart very easy. I have spoken with several other photographers who purchase this device after I did and they reported the same thing. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Tripod is very flimsy, I thought Manfrotto were quality tripods. $100 it feels so cheap and unstable. I don't feel comfortable putting a $2500 camera on it. Returning for a better quality tripod.

Broke after just 2 months. Get something more sturdy if you don’t want it to crap out when you need it.

Great Build Quality but Missing Piece

    Posted .

I'm a huge fan of Manfrotto products because I think they always have a sturdy build quality. This particular tripod is very sturdy and stable, but also very lightweight at the same time. The reason I am giving it a 1 star review though is because when I purchased the tripod, it did not come with the 3-way head to actually mount the camera to. It was completely missing the quick release plate with the threaded bolt to attach the camera to, so I can't actually use the tripod. Very disappointed in the fact that I did not receive all the pieces with it. Unfortunately I cannot return it either since I did not open it until after the return period had passed.

    Solid Tripod!

It's a sturdy Tripod, not like the cheap stuff that shivers all the time. I am using a 70-200mm lens with a Canon Cam and I can trust my tripod to lower the shutter speed.

    Had High Hopes

Bought this tonight and was so excited to try it out. I got it home and immediately noticed how flimsy the handles were. They move in an odd, unintuitive way. They bump together when trying to tighten and leave marks. But the worst part was once I figured out how to move the two parts on the head, and tightened all the way, the camera would not stay in the position I put it. I do not have a heavy camera. This thing is going back.
