Not meant for heavy lens

Poor fitment, not even tiny bubbles.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Camera mount is not lockable, poor QC, as you cannot close the lever completely. There are no leveling bubbles so your camera in movie mode or your phone camera could be shooting level one spot, then as you swing the camera around in panning mode it could hit the sky on one side, and the ground on another, to use an extreme example, and the Phone mount is NOT lockable, it is totally spring action as picked up. I am returning tomorrow do to the poor fitment of parts and it was not as ordered. Sadly I never got past the setup of the head and I though I was looking at a better made tripod but I was not.

Damaged upon receipt

We opened the box when we got to the building and the screw part had snapped off. We have the camcorder rigged with Velcro and rubber bands to the bottom of the tripod.
