Pulls the hair. Either dry or wet is not what I was expecting

Horrible. It totally left stubble and was scratchy

Initially upon receiving this trimmer I was very happy with it. Slick form factor and worked well. I selected this one because Manscaped billed itself as high quality brand. But please be aware, this is all marketing hype. I've had it for a bit over a year now and it just completely stopped working. Turns on for a second and then stops and will not turn back on until charged for hours, which then gets you another second of run time. A quick Google search revealed this is a very common issue with Manscaped products. I contacted Manscaped about a repair or replacement and was given a shrug and a 15% discount code. A $90 trimmer that breaks every 12-18 months is flat out unacceptable in my opinion. If you are ok with buying a new one every year, then go ahead and buy this. But I have bought $15 ones from the impulse buy section in line for the TJ Maxx register that lasted me longer than this supposedly high end one. The extremely limited warranty policy shows that the company is well aware of its reliability issues and does not trust or stand by its products. Do yourself a favor and buy from a real quality brand like Wahl or stick to the cheapo, semi-disposable versions. This is basically one of those, but marked up 10x in a prettier box.

I ordered a lawn mower 3.0 in april and it is now October and it completely stopped working after 6 months. That is in reality only a few uses. The product doesn’t hold a charge and only now runs for about 5 to 10 seconds. I contacted them for a replacement and they told me I am out of warranty. What kind of company doesn’t guarantee their products for a year ? They obviously don’t have any good battery management software built into to the product which causes the battery to prematurely fail, even cheap lithium batteries are rated for 300 charge cycles good ones 500. If they have over charge and over discharge protection built the battery should not fail so fast. I have been in consumer product development for 20 years and am very familiar with lithium batteries. This is simply poorly designed. I am truly disappointed, for a 90 dollar clipper I would have expected more.

It was delivered so quickly and professionally. It works just as described. Looks very cool.

Amazing works incredibly, i din't think it would get better than the 3.0 but it did it just did.

I have owned 2 devices from this brand. Both stopped working at around the 1 year mark. No damage, etc. Just stopped working, I think due to the battery, but not sure.

Good shaver, but strange power button position -- easy to turn off while using. But the bigger issue is it stopped working no long after the 1 year warranty expired.

Works ok, slow going on cutting my grass though, took 2 wks for my back yard.

cut me first time I used - bought to replace a 10 year old braun cruzer 5 -- the braun never cut me once in 10 years --- will be returning. id look elsewhere for a grooming product.

This product never worked for me. I took it out of the box, charged it, but it never turned on. I even made sure it wasn’t in travel mode. Pretty disappointing.

Get the lawnmower 3.0 the 4.0 doesnt work as well. If you have curly hair the attachments wont work at all
