I was never cut so many times as when using this device. No part of your nads are safe with this. I ended up getting another one from Philips and it is like 100x better and half the price. They could have made this machine much better but the design has serious flaws.

Whether you are new to trimming your sensitive areas or a seasoned vet, we strongly encourage using the adjustable guard(s) that came with your trimmer. Every device is different and takes a while to get used to. The guard will provide some separation from the skin until you are fully comfortable using your trimmer.

In an effort to troubleshoot and avoid any further delay in your grooming routine, please ensure your travel lock is disengaged. To do this, click the power button rapidly 3 times.
Once the travel lock feature is disengaged, The Lawn Mower® 4.0 should power on with one push of the power button.

Won't turn on anymore but says it's fully charged. Junk. And the manufacturer warranty is trash too. DON'T BUY THESE. My 3.0 still works but gets very hot.

Our fourth-generation groin trimmer The Lawn Mower® 4.0 features a new multi-function power button that not only turns the trimmer on and off but also activates the spotlight and the travel lock.
Nobody wants to hear the buzzing sound of a Lawn Mower in your travel bag. Or worse, finding the battery dead-on-arrival because it was on the entire trip. The new travel lock protects your trimmer from accidentally turning on while in transit giving you peace of mind when packing it for your next trip.
To control the travel lock, you’ll want to make sure the trimmer is off and then rapidly click the power button three times to engage or disengage.
