Useless attatchments

Bad Re-design

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally had the Lawn Mower 3.0, which worked well except for the charging cradle (I had two that went bad and wouldn't charge). I figured I'd buy the newest and greatest and get the 5.0. Unfortunately, this model looks like it has a re-designed blade. The base metal blade is wider and the top ceramic is narrower. I couldn't cut hair without lots of snags. I tried it with every guard and at every angle, but it still kept snagging hairs. After going back and reading reviews, this is apparently a common problem. I also didn't like that there were three blade guards plus the foil blade - too many things to keep track of with no box or bag to keep them in. I returned the 5.0 and bought the 4.0 instead. It looks like it has the original blade, so hoping for better results like my original unit.

Overrated and awful.

After several months of using this multiple times, I'm throwing in the towel. I kept thinking maybe I wasn't using it correctly or something but I've come to a conclusion. All of the positive reviewers are either A) fake or B) never used a Oneblade. I switched to this because it was on sale and maybe I'd save money without having to buy new heads but that was a big mistake. This thing has two settings, not cutting at all, or pulling hair out one by one and leaving bumps. Thank God for lotion they give you for razor burn, you're going to need it. I gave it 2 stars simply because their marketing is second to none if this trash razor continues to sell. Really unfortunate. I should have gone with my instinct and returned it while I could have. Jokes on me this time.

Defective and can’t be returned

I returned it and it was sent back saying It could not be returned because it’s a non returnable policy. I called bestbuy and the custermer service representative set it up so the defective item could be retuned for refund and they emailed a new shipping label. I returned it that day.. and they sent it back again. Don’t buy this product because you can’t return it if it is defective
