Blade screen came loose during shaving, blade edge almost contacted my skin.

I “downgraded” from the 3.0 to the 4.0. The blades just aren’t as good.

Simply incredible for the maintaining the unruly nether region! For years I have avoided regular trimming of the downstairs. I always waited to trim until the amount of hair down there became uncomfortable. I have always seemed to nick or cut those precious parts with a razor or hair or beard clippers. Then, trimming and shaving would lead to razor burn and pain. The process was not only painful, but time consuming as well. With the Lawn Mower 5.0, a solution to all those problems has finally arrived. I can now trim my boys and the surrounding areas easily without fear of cuts and bleeding. The trimmer and shaving attachments cuts close enough to make everything silky smooth without the razor burn and irritation of the past. There are multiple combs that allow for trimming of all lengths. The best part is that it only takes a few minutes to landscape the whole region, from lawn to tree trunk and the hanging fruit. Battery life is great so far, cleanup of the trimmer is easy, and there is no major maintenance needed. The built in spotlight is a major plus for shining light where it's needed. I can't recommend this enough!

It wasn't cutting the hair properly. It was also ripping the hair from my body.

Waste of 100$. I wish I didn't throw the box out. I hate returning stuff but this is bad, bad.

This is my first experience using a Manscaped product. I wonder how much it has improved over time. There are many great features some of which I've never seen before. I like the travel lock feature. You hold the multipurpose button for a few seconds and it will not turn back on unless you hold it again. This is great if you do not want it being accidently turned on in a bag. It has wireless charging. Not sure fully how you should seat it... (I am not putting my manhood trimmer on my only iPhone wireless charger). I'll stick with the USB C charger. I like that almost everything is becoming USB C. Great to have one cable for everything. I have never seen any trimmers use the same charger, sometimes even between brands. A welcome addition for sure. This trimmer even has a flashlight. They also mentioned that no matter how much battery is left, the trimmer will always cut the same speed. Some trimmers I've had will cut at an irregular speed if it's low. & last feature, it's waterproof. This is great because of the provided lotion, this seems like it needs to be used in the shower. Inside the box you get three variable attachments. These connect to the trimmer blade. I used the shortest one and it nicked me a couple times. I prefer using the Foil Blade. It was the least abrasive and when combined with the lotion has been my best experience with a trimmer.

I have been hearing about the Manscaped brand for years but always thought the hype was overdone. Turns out, that is absolutely not the case and their product is fantastic. My boyfriend and I have put this Lawn Mower 5.0 to the test and we love it. We have both tried a handful of electric shavers over the years, and I can easily say this is the best one I've used. First of all, the packaging was stellar, some of the nicest packaging I have ever seen. Once I got the shaver out and turned it on, I knew for sure this was the quietest and smoothest I have ever used. I was also impressed by all the accessories and extras it comes with. The different guard attachments are solid, they are clearly labelled and easy to put on and take off. The charge lasts what feels like forever and I'm glad it is a USB-C charging port, the fact that I can charge this with my phone charger is so convenient. I also love that it is waterproof. Though I was not a fan of using it in the shower as the wet hair and wet shaver all tended to stick together, causing me to prefer using this dry. It also has a built in flashlight, I found it on accident but I'm glad I did because it was very helpful in the shower. Overall, believe the hype, manscaped makes a genuinely good product and I cannot recommend it enough.

The lawnmower 5.0 Ultra finally arrived! This came in a very nice box with a USB-C charging cable 3 trimming combs (2 which are adjustable combs with 6 different length settings), an attachable skin safe foil blade, and some crop gel. Directions were super easy to follow and well let's just say the grooming process was a breeze with zero cuts and a smooth finish. Note: using the crop gel wet was a major assist in having zero irritation as well. Prior to use I charged for 90 minutes as directed and this little baby was still running strong. Attachment were easy to pop on and off and everything was easy to clean. The two things for me that I really liked was the new foil blade which ended up being the ultimate finishing touch for me as well as the new feature travel lock to keep it from randomly turning on when I travel. A couple of things I wish the lawnmower came with though would be a traveling case and charging stand. Although for many this is not a big deal. I travel a lot and these two additions would be prefered. I had the charging stand from one of the older models and felt this should have stayed with the new one. Overall, this is the ultimate grooming kit for all needs and you can't go wrong with purchasing one of these babies. I know my wife is happy I own one!

The Lawn Mover 5.0 Ultra essentials kit is a nice to have selection of trimmer and accessories. It includes the Lawn Mover 5.0 Ultra trimmer, a SkinSafe foil blade, a SkinSafe trimmer blade, three combos, a power plug and USB Type C cable, and a 2 fluid ounce size bottle of aftershave lotion. This kit has everything you need, and then some. The trimmer itself is a nice upgrade from the previous version. This new blade system is quieter and gets better results than the previous version. Charging it is even easier with the inclusion of QI wireless charging. I also love that it is USB type c, no need to carry yet another charging cable. Charging on this new version also seems faster than before. The dual head system lets you swap out between trimming and a close shave with the foil blade. Both blades can even be used in water, making this great for the shower. There is an LED spotlight which helps you see what you are doing, and an LED power indicator on the handle. One of the best features, for me, is the travel lock. You can lock it so that you don’t have to worry about it accidentally turning on in your travel bag. The included aftershave lotion works well and has no fragrance which I like. Overall, this is a perfect tool and easy to reccomend.

The Lawnmower 5.0 is probably the best trimmer I have ever used. It is the perfect size and fits very comfortably in my hand. The build quality is top notch. It is water proof so it can be used in the shower. It has the perfect amount of grips on the handle so it is not slick when wet and stays in your hand. It is also feels balanced and is the perfect weight for a trimmer. The kit comes with a trimmer head and a foil screen shaver. The foil screen head is very comfortable and covers a large area quickly. It also has two edging blades on the top and bottom of the foil screen which are very easy to use and do a great job. There is also a light on the trimmer that really works great and makes trimming much easier. The trimmer head is also very comfortable to use and the “SkinSafe” technology is as advertised, though you should read the tips in the manual for shaving certain areas because if you catch a fold right you could still get a knick. The included “Crop Soother” is a very nice finishing touch. Overall, I am very happy with this trimmer and plan to stay with this brand for quite some time.

I think most guys want to be well groomed down below but honestly, it’s a little scary. You don’t want to risk using a regular razor and other trimmers are not necessarily designed for that sensitive of an area. So I was intrigued to try out Manscaped Lawnmower 5.0 and see if the product lives up to the social media advertising that I see. First, the product is packaged very nicely. It comes with two different types of blades. Trimmer blades which can get down to 1.4 mm of hair length or a foil blade which can shave up to 5 mm of growth. The trimmer blade can use three different attachments (which are included) to get you a trim up to 12 mm. The kit even comes “Crop Soother” which is described as “ball aftershave lotion.” I think that no matter the look you’re going for, the kit will include the attachment product to satisfy your needs. As for the shave itself, it was surprisingly painless. One thing that I never knew I needed was a light on the razor. That little addition made the shave incredibly easy and made sure that you didn’t miss any spots. It also made it easier to keep the razor at the correct angle. I didn’t have any snags except once when I titled the blade a little too much, so user error. The shave was relatively quick and the end result had me looking well groomed. Bottom line, this is a product for shaving men’s lower region and it works as advertised. I’m not scared to have future shaves and that’s the most important. I will continue to use the Manscaped Lawnmower 5.0 and recommend that purchase the product.

My husband has been using the Manscaped The Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra Essentials Kit for a weeks now now, and he is very impressed with it. The trimmer is easy to use and provides a close, even trim without any nicks or cuts. The Crop Preserver deodorant is also very effective at reducing chafing and irritation. One of the things he likes most about the Manscaped trimmer is that it's cordless and waterproof. This makes it very convenient to use in the shower, which saves him time. The trimmer also has a built-in LED light, which makes it easy to see what your doing, even in low-light conditions. The Crop Preserver deodorant is another great product in the kit. It has a pleasant scent and helps to keep his skin feeling fresh and hydrated. I appreciate that it's all-natural and doesn't contain any harsh chemicals. The travel case is a nice addition to the kit. It makes it easy to store and transport all of the items in the kit. Highly recommend the Manscaped The Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra Essentials Kit to any man who wants to keep his body hair neat and groomed.

I was skeptical at first that this would be any different than just using normal clippers, but I was so wrong! The design, size, and materials make a huge difference in comfort and control when you're working in a sensitive area. The flashlight is a nice touch but I don't know how much it came into play in a well lit bathroom. This kit comes with the Lawnmower and multiple attachments including a fixed setting guard and 2 adjustable ones. There's also a separate head attachment with a foil shaver and edge trimmer. And don't forget the soothing cream for after the job is done! I've debated getting one of these for a while and now I can honestly say that they are worth the hype and the price. Oh, and something that seems to be rarer and rarer these days, there was a charging cable AND a plug in the box! It charges via USB-C, like most devices these days so if you're traveling you should be able to top off the battery without having to carry an extra cable. I definitely recommend this and wish I had got one sooner!

I bought this for my boyfriend and it’s the only razor he’s had that doesn’t knick him.

Needed a new trimmer so since I already have the Manscaped Weedwhacker nose and ear trimmer I decided to try the new Lawnmower 5.0 Ultra Essentials Kit. The elaborate box states that it comes with Skinsafe Dual Head system, Dual Temp LED spotlight, waterproof constant RPM motor, travel lock, LED power indicator, and a 2 oz tube of "Crop Soother" Made In the USA! I was going to complain that this was another gadget with no instructions but after you pull the tear strip on the box to open it, there is a tab on the left side that I missed saying PULL HERE. That pulls out a 6 page folded instruction sheet with pictures. I just kind of figured it out based on previous gadgets. It says that it takes up to 90 minutes for a full charge using the included USB-C cord and adapter but mine was fully charged in about 30. There is a TRAVEL LOCK below the POWER button that if you hold down for 3 seconds it will lock or unlock and flash the light button to let you know it is locked/unlocked. After a ful charge it claims a run time of 60 mnutes. The trimmer blade came installed and can be used with the 3 included combs that have adjustable lengths of 1.4, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm that snap on and off. You can remove the trimmer head and swap it for the Foil Blade by inserting the lug of the blade head into the slot in the top of the trimmer then pressing it back until it snaps in place. The Foil Blade is for those more sensitive areas as you can see in the brochure. Since this is waterproof you can also rinse off the parts and let them air dry between uses. After a couple uses I'm not that impressed with the shaving closeness but it may be like other shavers that take a while for your skin and hair to adjust. It worked much like any other trimmer but since it was new the first trim was close. The heads and trimmers fit very snugly so I don't expect them to fall apart after a year like another brand. The Crop Soother is nice after a shave and shower but wasn't anything unusual, at least it is non-greasy and alcoholo free. All in All I'm only impressed with the elaborate packaging for such few pieces but at least I found the instructions inside the lid!

I had the 3.0 and I love my upgrade to the 5.0. No nicking or pulling at all.
