I had the Lawn Mower 3.0 and always liked it. Some improvements for me upgrading to the 5.0 is the shape is much better. The 3.0 was more rounded and had more of a chance of slipping in your hand. Not a good feeling in the most sensitive area. The 5.0 has more angular shapes and gives you a better grip. Another upgrade is the light. There are two options for the light. Warm white and cool white. They say it gives you options based on what works best for your skin tone. As with the 3.0, I started with the included guard. On the 3.0, it worked great. The 5.0 was snagging hair. Granted, I waited a while between trimmings knowing I was getting the 5.0. However, I tried the 3.0 with the guard again and it didn't snag hair at all. I'm not sure what the difference is between the two and why the newer one was snagging but the older one wasn't. Just something to look out for. I then took the guard off and trimmed without it. It was a great, close shave. The great thing about the Lawn Mower is that it will not cut you at all. The teeth are close enough together that skin can't get between them. It also comes with a foil trimmer head for an even closer shave. It works great, however, it was a little too close and I ended up with bumps where it trimmed too close on the upper groin. The Crop Soother aftershave is nice and soothing. It doesn't have a scent, which I like. Overall, it's a great kit.

This is definitely a unique product that caters to specific needs. The product comes complete with everything needed to start taking care of men’s specific personal hygiene: from the charger and the cable, the lotion to different tools for trimming and shaving. The packaging is excellent and instills a sense of urgency to take care men’s personal hygiene. Of course, most men would probably be already familiar with electric shavers to take care of facial hair. It would therefore be fair to make such experience as the base of comparison for the product. Charging the product is easy because charger and the cable is included, and it doesn’t take long before the product got fully charged. The manual relies mostly on graphics and some manual reading would be required in order to have a smooth experience when using the product. Perhaps a more detailed text explanation is necessary to show the proper and correct functioning of the product because one should take no guessing when using the product at such sensitive area of the body. I have sensitive skin so even after applying the lotion, the product was not operating smooth enough. It works but it’s just not as smooth as I was expecting it to be. To be fair, I got a very good shaver for my facial hair and even with that product I did not get 100% smooth experience every time. Point here, the product gets the job done.

I've been using other brands of trimmers for years and was gifted this one on my birthday a few months ago. As soon as I took it out of the box, I could immediately tell this was a quality product. Since that time I have enjoyed using this trimmer for all body hair head to toe. One of my favorite features is the USB C charge port almost all of my old tremors had their own specific charger that I had to carry with me traveling. Etc highly recommend this trimmer.

Battery went bad in a year. Non OEM replaceable. I did take apart but 13⁰⁰ for a 3.7 battery and all the time to unsoilder and install. I didnt think it was worth it so Mr Green got it..

Bought this as part of the performance package deal off of manscaped website. Was sent an email stating it would be shipped within three days. The day it was supposed to be shipped I received an email that they have been out of stock for quite some time and have no idea when/if they will get more product. They keep denying my refund, still have yet to state the product is out of stock on the website, and keep telling me that if I get my order I can just return it.
