It was advertised as not getting your balls nick and skinsafe technology; that was a lie. This machine was is a disaster. Been trying to return it and bestbuy told me it wouldn’t accept returns and now the last day was yesterday and no one did anything for me. Now am stuck with a machine that doesn’t work! They stole my money!
