We purchased 2 of these and they are junk they do not even trim any hairs at all! My husband had to pluck his hairs because this thing did nothing and he gave it a chance for 2 months! If you enjoy plucking your nose hairs then buy this item!!

The Lack of Power leaves this product wishing for more, As a Nose trimmer it does the job but takes too long to to trim them. For trimming your ear hair is something else, barely cuts and you almost have to stick the trimmer all the way into your ear it pulls your hairs more than cut them.

Seriously low power and actually less effective than the ten dollar ones. Please take my word for it. Buy two or three cheap ones and compare. One has to be better than this. If Best Buy was not such a poor customer service oriented company, I’d try and complain.
