Easy to install and it looks beautiful in our living home. Such a lovely product, highly recommend it!

This is a very solid mount. I would not recommend using it for anything less than a 45 inch TV though as it may not be heavy enough to keep the arm down. My only complaint is that the instructions are not correct for certain things. Ex. it tells you the washers to use but the washers are not big enough.

I installed the MantelMount Pull Down TV Wall Mount and it’s been fantastic. The pull-down mechanism feels solid and smooth — no wobble or squeaking — and it makes watching TV from the couch so much more comfortable. I can bring the TV down to eye level, then push it back up neatly when not in use. Installation was straightforward (just make sure you follow the instructions and use the right anchors for your wall). It feels very sturdy, and once it’s in place the TV sits flush against the wall when raised. The Black finish matches my setup, and it doesn’t look bulky or distracting. Overall it’s a great solution if you want to keep your TV above a fireplace or high on a wall but still view it comfortably.

Great mount for over fireplace application. Versatility of the pull-down feature allows comfortable viewing while seated. Installation and finding a tv cover that fits can be difficult. Recommend.

Love the ease of use. I’ve never. Even a fan on TV’s above the fire place but this device solves that problem for me. Get a professional to help mount it, I used Besty

This works great. I was fortunate enough to get an Open Box deal on it. Appears to be a really solid mount for above the Fireplace. I will say it is on the more expensive side.

Love this TV mount our fire place is tall so it’s perfect that we can lower the Tv down. Great Quality and easy to install with two people!

While moving in to a new place, someone suggested that we get one of these pull down mounts and it has been a worthy investment. It is especially good if you don’t have a lot of space between your couch and the tv.

It works very well and looks great. I would recommend you do the research necessary to make sure it can be installed safely and securely.

Thus far it s what I needed to adjust my TV do to the minor obstacle that is unavoidable to bypass. Handle is able to pull down and twist to adjust proper height to my need. Bought to swap with previous mount for my 65” Sony OLED TV

I purchased this mount because I needed a better viewing angle for my TV mounted over the fireplace. It's super easy to lower the TV when watching with its hydraulic system. This is exactly what I needed.

Very convenience to use and makes it easy to move TV to different directions in a room. It was bit tricky to install so may need some time to install. We use this for our 75” TV and it holds it pretty well.

Great product. I would recommend using bigger bolts then what comes with it when mounting on sheet rock and wood studs

This Mantel Mount is an excellent investment for anyone mounting a TV above a fireplace or high wall. Its flexibility, safety features, and premium build quality set it apart from standard mounts. Enhanced viewing experience make it worth every penny.

Amazing mount it is heavy so make sure you have a little help getting it attached to its mounting plate. The adjustment of the spring force in the mount is easy to make. The only caution I would have it that buyers need to know how much of their TV will be above the mount so that the mount can be installed low enough to keep the TV from hitting the ceiling when raised back up

Only good solution for mounting a large TV over a tall fireplace. Without this, our TV would be too high to watch. Now we can lower it when we want and then raise it out of the way when it is not being used. The raising and lowering literally takes just a few seconds.

Took awhile to put up and can be confusing which way is up but overall, an amazing product. Drops down exactly where we need it to not be too high. We haven't needed to use the heat warning yet as it's super hot in Texas but it will be useful if we do use our fireplace eventually.

If you are looking at this, just get it. You already know what it does and it does it well. The smoothness to adjust down, the articulating extra features like side to side, and the room for a sound bar makes this a winning mount. The temperature sensitive handles are a plus for fireplaces that make try to kill your TV.

EXPENSIVE and WORTH IT. The Mantelmount company sells direct at same price but no BestBuy rewards that way. The MFG site has a number of models and this is toward the highend. BUT ROCK SOLID HEAVY STEEL...We use on Patio with Large (65in) TV and even in the wind nothing moves up or down. For a Cover get a properly sized one for your TV with a LARGE Velcro opening in the back and the metal peices are big.
