DID NOT WORK!

Paid for the installation and paid for the extra services for specialized installation. The TV mount ended up not working. I was told to keep the TV mount as it is and reached out BestBuy for other options. When, I was at BestBuy, I was told to return the TV mount for any refund. THIS IS ABSURD!

I tried to return it 2 weeks outside the 60 day policy for My Best Buy Members and the Skokie store manager rejected my request for store credit or a refund. Sincerely, Never Again BB Member

Didn’t want this mantel wall mount!! After returning two other ones they “said would work” this was the only choice to get! Very disappointing and frustrating buying an expensive 85” tv and being stuck with a wall mount that doesn’t swivel and designed to fit over a fireplace or mantel!

Cheep over priced for cheep materials

Poor maneuverability
