    This product was ordered in a total Best Buy order of ~$10,000+. I tried to return it 2 weeks outside the 60 day policy for My Best Buy Members and the Skokie store manager rejected my request for store credit or a refund. Sincerely, Never Again BB Member

    One of the Coolest TV mounts out there on the market, on another note- trying to fit it into a small area is a different story….. absolutely hate how difficult it is to mount this correctly.

    This is the wall mount unit had to purchase to match pattern on back of the 85” tv. Didn’t want this mantel wall mount!! After returning two other ones they “said would work” this was the only choice to get! Very disappointing and frustrating buying an expensive 85” tv and being stuck with a wall mount that doesn’t swivel and designed to fit over a fireplace or mantel!

    Cheep cheep Alen screw strip out when attempting to use the supplied alen wrench. Have to spend much more money to replace screws.
