The Worst Mario Golf Game of All Time (Sadly)

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It pains me to say this, but this game not only disappoints, but is by far the worst Mario Golf game ever, and I've literally played them all. No tournament mode, only six courses that are poorly designed, no mini golf, nothing. They added DLC now but Toadette and New Donk City hardly mean anything. Mario Golf was better on the N64, GameCube, 3DS, etc. If you've never played a Mario Golf game, you'll probably enjoy it, but this was a rushed game with a lot of content gutted and a sixty dollar price tag that I can't justify.

The only sad thing is the game play seemed short. Hopefuly with some DLCs we can extend this wonderful game.

I was hoping for more “tournaments” but in adventure mode it feels like a massive tutorial. I would recommend if you have online, when you can actually play against others. Overall though it was entertaining

Fun golf game for the kids

Online coop works well. my only complaint is that playing with the motion sensors seems a little too sensitive. However, you can always just use the controllers without motion sensors.

Fun First party Mario game. Worth it

Online speed and battle golf great. Story mode is ok though would be better if the backtracking programming was fixed. That’s a mess. Though with free updates totally a must buy.
