Mario Kart 7 is a great Mario Kart game, it has all of the elements of racing and shooting shells at other racers that made the other entries so much fun. What it brings new to the table though, is the ability to hang-glide and drive underwater, which has been made out to be a huge game-changer in terms of the game, it's not. These segments are incredibly brief and are not as "game-changing" as Nintendo would have you believe. That being said, they are still fun and the new levels are really well designed to have multiple routes that could allow you to take advantage of these different abilities (even if they are brief). Some of the new levels even mix it up a bit and have you going on one long stretch, as opposed to the typical 3 laps, which is a nice fun change. Other things this entry brings are the ability to somewhat customize your vehicles, one or two new characters, and streetpass races. None of those are any game changers either, but nice additions nonetheless. Ultimately, though, your enjoyment of this game is largely dependent on how much you enjoy the mariokart series as a whole, because it is a solid entry, but nothing that new.

The game itself: classic Mario Kart game. Always a fun time. With it on sale recently for 20 bucks, hard not to pull the trigger!

My 5 yr old LOVES this game for his 2xlds easy for him to understand what he is suppose to do.

Brought me back to my days of Nintendo 64. Bought this product for my 12 year old daughter and she loves it.

Overall it a great game, has the same controls as the Wii U and it plays so well, only downside is that the screen is small but overall teens will love this, not for kids in a Christian household too much violence.

This will be a Christmas present, but I know she will love It! She loves Mario Kart for Wii.

My son has been bugging me for this game Bc he has a code for it when he got his console and he scratch the code too hard and lost the numbers... the service is exceptional, the checkout was easy. Delivery was fast

I previously purchased this game through Nintendo's website but opted to buy the cartridge version because only the 3ds that has the cartridge or game installed can pick some of the players and my daughter loves the baby characters.

Bought this for my 7yr olds on his 3DS and he played it all the way across 3 states on a family vacation.

Lots of track variety and unlockables. 3 difficulty classes for each race. Online play is fun. Great for a girl or boy. Just like the old mario kart but with a few ways to mod your kart. A must have title to me.

Mariokart 7 is a great addition to the Mariokart franchise. However, the playtime (for single play campaign) is quite short for an experienced gamer. It would've been nice if it was just a little bit harder. The 3D effect is awesome.

This is my 7 year old's favorite game. It's fairly easy to play and he graphics are amazing. This was a good purchase, for sure.

The game is a lot of fun easy to handle and a blast if you play with a bunch of friends

I bought this game for my nephews and they love it. The levels aren't too hard where they give up and the best part is tthat it has many modes to keep you entertained. my nephews are 8 year old twins.
