There is a reason this is the 8th edition, the tracks just keep getting better. What better way to spend quality time with my kids than racing and enjoying good conversation. I must for the Nintendo Switch.

What a great game 10/10 best group game for playing with friends or family

This game is a must have for anyone who enjoys racing, family friendly and small learning curve to get started. Works well with steering wheels and third party game contollers.

Typical mario kart but new characters, tracks and being able to earn more parts for the carts

Fun game to play with the little ones. Took a little to get use to the single controller.

I haven’t played a Mario game since I was 14 but now that I have my own kids I figure I sit down and give this a try. After being away from the game screen for almost 3 decades I can say wow things have changed for the better. Kids love it , wife loves it , great fun for everyone

I've always wanted to play Mario Cart on the GameCube but never got the chance to and last night I played this with my friend on his TV and wow it was super fun. Definitely glad I bought this game. Definitely a fun game to play a few races when with the boys

I used to play Mario kart on Super Nintendo, and I wanted to get this game for my son. The old tricks that worked a long time ago still work on this game.... like throwing a shell backwards or a banana forward and getting a boost start by pressing the gas at the right moment before the race. We’ve only done multiplayer mode and it’s fun to play together as a family.

Fantastic game! Many hours were spent bringing the cousins together playing this awesome game!

Easily the favorite game for my kids. For the price, it provided enough fun to be worth every penny. We played with 4 players all the time.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the best Mario Kart ever in my opinion. The original release on Wii U had amazing races and beautiful graphics. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe takes that package, adds all the DLC from the Wii U, and then they add a full fledged battle mode with several game modes and more. There are also a few more additions like new racers and 2 items instead of 1. All Switch owners should pick this up!

Beat game lots of race track choices not like original but close

game is verry fun even for adults. and also easy to navigate and up to 4+ players

Great game, and entertains the family and friends. Plus easy to use.

It's nice to have almost everything unlocked at the start, but it kind of takes away from some of the fun of playing through the game to unlock characters and tracks. I also wish each character had their own unique abilities and stats. That being said, this game is a lot of fun and it's nice to have battle mode back. I like the steering and acceleration assists, they are very useful for my young children (and their grandparents).

Has all the stuff you loved from the original Mario kart 8 with some added little goodies .

Great as wii u version but better with all the characters and tracks for free plus extra new ones.
