I've been playing racing games for a long time, especially Mario Kart ones. This is the best one I've played, which says a lot. It controls very smoothly, the tracks are fun and original. And overall, it's just so fun to play. Me and my wife have a blast, and she doesn't regularly play video games.

This game is so fun and anyone can pick up this game and play it. You can pick up and play a short game or play a whole tournament. Also, the online play is competitive and make you want to hone your skills to master the tracks.

This is by far the best iteration of Spider-Man yet. Insomniac knocked it out of the park! They took the best of Spider-Man 2 and then added so much more. The only thing that wore on me was some of the side stuff. Outside of that, it's a game that every PS4 owner should have.

The latest Mario Kart (technically a re-release) has all the bells and whistles you want from a casual racing game. Graphics look buttery smooth, gameplay is king, and the online works. Don't be expecting a story or anything, just the same old racing and unlocking stuff. Probably not worth full price considering the game is coming up on it's 8th birthday, but Nintendo games RARELY go down in price. Either way, you're gonna have fun with your friends playing on the couch, watch out for the blue shells...

Mario Kart was probably one of my favorite series back in the day on Super Nintendo and 64. Now I'm an adult and... I still enjoy it! This is the type of game made for couch play with friends and family. So if you have children or friends to play with, this is a must buy for the Switch.

This game is a ton of fun, not only for my kids but for my wife and I too. Brings back a lot of great memories from when I was a kid. Loves the throw backs to earlier courses.

This is really the definitive version of Mario Kart, and my favorite of the series all the way since Double Dash back on the Gamecube. It's a slightly updated version of MK8 for Wii U but with some new characters, maps, and the amazing ability to play on the go on the Switch.

Love it. Great game THE FREAKING ONLINE its the most fun part of the whole game,you get to race people all over the world or just japanese people either one, i like how you get 4 suggested tracks that you can pick, that makes it quicker for the race to start and is better for mariokart. i absolutely LOVE how you can say messages because its a fun way to let people know your better than them and you can lie about using tilt controls which is fun. you can play against people from your own country.now this is a nice feature to have because they are all from your country which is cool in my opinion. i really love the tournaments they are really fun and some of the names are funny and make you want to join it which is fun so yeah online is amazing,everything else is eh, 5 stars

Enjoyable game for the switch, a must have for your collection. Very simple to play and keep family and guests entertained.

My daughter really liked it, she said it was a very nice game and it was so much fun! She loved it because the different cars, maps, characters and racing was so fun. Good buy for the price offered by Best Buy during holidays!

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is pure fun. It’s easy to pick up, hard to put down, and perfect for playing with friends or family. It's great to play solo and even better with friends! Once you've played Zelda Breath of the Wild you need to cut loose and get some action gaming in. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is not that much different than the other incarnations, but it's great being able to play it on the Switch. Plus with the Switch, it's portable. Definitely a fun game.

The game is so much fun to play with friends and family. The game is simple enough for non-gamers and young kids but challenging enough for experienced players. The graphics are beautiful and the game is overall a great addition to your Nintendo Switch Library. Buy it!

One of my favorite go-to games on the switch. It has everything jam packed from the Wii U version and more! Online netplay, Faster modes, and so many characters to choose from. Definitely worthy purchase. Great job Nintendo!

What else to say other than it's Mario Kart? The deluxe edition on switch comes with all dlc released on the WiiU with a couple extras. Gameplay is fun and addictive, an absolute blast when played with friends either in person or online, or if you play solo and just want to pass the time. Only downside to this version of the game is that most of the characters are unlocked from beginning, so it feels like going through all the different cups, while there is secrets to unlock, not having regular character unlocks makes progression feel tedious. That being said, there are lots of kart unlockables that you'll grind out, so that is something, but the criteria for unlocking kart parts isn't winning races or karts but rather just grinding out coins in races. All in all, while I personally see it as a downside, it doesn't take away from the quality of the game or the enjoyment you can expect from it. It's definitely a solid buy.

A fantastic time all around. Whether you have friends to enjoy this game with you or not, there is plenty to do in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Everything that made the Wii U original game great is present here (as it is a boosted port) and the amount of content and gameplay is sure to have you coming back time and time again. Paired with the easy accessibility of the Switch and the simple controls, this game is a perfect fit for the casual or hardcore gamer, and potentially the most accessible and fun the Mario Kart series has ever been. My favorite feature personally has been the worldwide online races, where 12 people from all around the globe race against one another on tracks voted on by the players. Not to mention the various other modes to keep you entertained both offline and online. If you're looking for games to add to your Switch collection or picking one up for the first time, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is an amazing game through and through.

If you've played Mario Kart you know what to expect. Lots of great tracks in here, even more so now that DLC has come out. Fun single and multiplayer. Great for any age gamer
