This is Mario Kart 8 for Wii U, but remade for Switch with portable play, new characters, new items, new abilities, and a brand new battle mode. It's everything you'd ever want from a Mario Kart game and more!

It's Mario Kart, what more can be said? Well, actually, a lot: New Battle Mode, Double Item Slots, 200cc, New Characters including my Double Dash favorite Bowser Jr. Complete DLC unlocked...it's Deluxe no doubt.

Best switch party game ever had to get a digital copy when I gave away my physical should have gotten it sooner no more having to get up and switch the cartridge

I have always loved these games. And this is among one of the best games I have played for the switch. I would highly recommend getting this game you yourself. And even the whole family. It's a great game to play

Fun game to play with friends and is amusing to play

The entire family has been playing during the pandemic and it has proven our top game for a great distraction. Will most likely add more controllers so we all can play.

By far the best Mario Kart game in the series. So many characters, cars and tracks to choose from! Tons of gameplay modes. The online feature is spectacular!!

This is the first Mario Kart with auto acceleration. I don't have to hold down the A button for the entire time race anymore. My thumb no longer hurts after playing. That makes this version one of my favorites.

Great game for hours of fun with the family. Great for the enthusiast who is reminiscent of the originals and adds a nice new touch for the new comer. Would love some downloadable levels though!

A classic game that I remember playing as a kid. My daughter is enjoying playing this as much as I did the original. Its a good game of the whole family to play.

My Children love this game they are always racing each other or on teams. My youngest child gets up in the morning and always want to play this game. Only con is that they should have more games for the switch.

So...if you have the WiiU version of this with all the DLC, then you have this game already. If you don't, you should just get it. Otherwise, it is nice to have a portable version of this fun racing game.
