Love it, was always a huge fan of the 64 Mario Kart and was able to play the old courses.

Bought this game along with a switch due to corona virus quarantine measures placed in California. I own several other games, and this is by far my favorite. Great graphics, great controls, easy to learn, and fun fun fun!!!!

SUPER fun game! A little daunting at first (I'm over 60 years old)...but so much fun when you learn the ropes! I love that there are new tracks and I love that there are updated tracks from earlier versions.

We used to play Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U. But the Switch version is so much better! It has way more tracks and better graphics. The grandkids (ages 3-8) love coming to Nana's house to play. The only problem is that they cry when they have to leave.

Although almost similar to the Wii U version, it has a few new things added such as a few new characters, items, vehicles and new battle modes (Renegade Roundup is fun!). Overall, another fun fan-favorite game that you can now take with you on-the-go thanks to the Switch!

Fun for the entire family. You can have up to 4 players which is really nice. Many of the switch games are difficult for my 6 year old to play, but she does well with Mario Kart. This is a much purchase!

Fun play for everyone in the family. Was able to use the game on the switch, no configuration necessary. Lots of characters to play with. Difficulty level is great for beginners to expert level handling.

Full HD Mariokart on the go? Yes Please! The last time I played Mariokart was on the 3DS. This is so much better. I never played the Wii U version, so it was a real eye opener. The tracks have so much detail and having them in high definition is totally immersive. With all of the characters unlocked right off the bat, I could jump right in and choose what I wanted without any DLC. Probably the best part is local multi-player. That is how this game was meant to be played. There's nothing like split screening with friends. Multiplayer off the television was so difficult on the 3DS. But now with the switch, I can play with friends on the spot. It's a perfect fit for the platform. This is a staple if you own the Switch. It is great for quick games while you're waiting on the bus, or you need a quick break from work. the fact that the races last just 3 minutes makes it super easy to sneak in a quick game!

If you’re a fan of Mario kart then this game is for you if you own the Nintendo switch! Fun as it was growing up but has a lot of newer characters, tracks and features. Fun for the whole family!

Fun game to play as a family. 4 players can play with one switch if you have extra remotes. You can add 4 more players with an additional switch. Has a lot of the classic Mario Kart tracks and features.

I bought this because I wanted to be able to play with my parents and friends who are not that familiar with video games, it’s easy to play and doesn’t have that much commands, good to play with more than 2 people.

Only reason its 4 stars is due to lack of voice chat without app (more switch itself problem tbh) and its a re release for $60. I bought and played it alot for wii u and its dlc. Def still worth double dip if you can get a sale or trade in credit or BB rewards (latter 2 I did) lol or if you never got dlc/ really want it for portability specifically. Otherwise seriously awesome game!! Def worth retail price if first foray into this game. Perfect multiplayer and super quick jump in/jump out casual play on the go or before bed etc. Highly recommend

Fun and great game, it has 2-player online and up to 4-player split screen. Playing 150cc is fair, but when playing 200cc you're going to need to practice and have lots of luck.

love this game easy to us and fun there expensive but worth it

I was never into racing games but with the release of Mario kart 8, I felt that I needed to try it out. I was glad I did and was able to enjoy all the characters, maps, and carts. There is always something that you will like in the game.

By far the best Mario kart. Tons of characters and courses. Looks amazing, runs at 60 frames and has 4 player split screen. You do need 4 controllers if you want to play 4 player but totally worth it. A must buy for every Switch owner.

Best version of Mario Kart released to date. Offers all of the content from vanilla Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U, but also includes all of the DLC, new characters and a new battle mode. Must own for any fan of Mario Kart. Great for casual and experienced players alike.

Love this game! Fun-spirited game suitable for all ages! Love the new tracks as well as some of the classics from previous systems. If you’re looking for the next Forza, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for just a fun, exciting game, this is it!
