Update to the previous release of the game adding some new features and tweaking out some of the morr arcadey driving for a bit more realism.

I love this game! it is for toddlers as well. remind me of ninetndo 64 times.

The Mario Kart franchise has never let me down for either single player, multi player, or battle mode. MK8 is just as fun as ever, and now I get to share the enjoyment with my kids.

Enough said. Playing multiplayer with friends , thinking you're in first place when all of a sudden you get hit with a blue shell, all the feels, lots of fun. Definitely a must have for the switch.

This game is so much fun! It is basically the exact same as the WiiU version but a blast to play. Controllers are quite small when playing with one, so an accessory is almost necessary.

Great fun for the while fam. Bought this and the whole family has been having a great time.

Mario cart is the same game it’s been since it came out, classic but with new characters

If you played this on the wii u than you dont need a review. If you're new to mario kart 8 i can yell you this game is a blast! I play with my 6 year-old and its a lot of fun. The graphics are the best in the series and controls are spot on. Tons of unlockable karts and parts make it even better and unlocking them is easy and happens at a steady enough pace to keep the player interested. I have not played online, though, so i can not give an opinion in that regard.

This takes everything that was great about Mario Kart 8, includes all DLC, and adds various improvements such as new items, racers, game modes, and some not as noticeable changes such as the Ultra mini-turbo, which is a third, stronger boost attained by drifting. In this version of the game, all characters and tracks are unlocked from the beginning, which is discouraging because I enjoy unlocking them. But it is still a fun multiplayer game to have for the Switch.

Still playing this game. Really hope they come out with a new one. Online is a lot of fun still. Quick to find a game. By far the best one yet.

This game is great and you can play it over and over. It's especially great if you are playing with friends. It can get crazy though

A must have so my Grandchild's dad can join her in play.

I hated to repurchase this game since it's basically the Wii U version with all the DLC, but the switch version adds a few extra features, such as triple power slides and a much needed battle mode.

Once again, Nintendo hits it out of the park with their latest Mario Kart game. My girls and I play this at least twice a week and absolutely love it!

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the epitome of the series with its gameplay and mechanics. The variety of vehicles and powers are awesome and you can choose from a large roster of characters. Check this out today!
