It is a good game to play, but would recommend to either get the wheel adapter or classic remotes. The normal nintendo switch remotes are small and feel like you would snap them by playing this game. But all in all the game is fun to play with friends.

MK8 was a fantastic game on Wii U, and is even better on Nintendo Switch. Subtle gameplay tweaks, higher resolution, a brand new battle mode, 48 tracks from the start, and seemless online play give an ideal game to play with friends. Music is also superb.

This is probably one of the most entertaining games in our family. Brings hours of fun, with multi player. Easy and fast to buy and download. Was playing and enjoying this game in no time.

My son loves the Nintendo Switch. He's 6 years old and able to play different games with no problem. Incredible graphics. Easy to use. Love that it can be played on the TV or as a handheld tablet! Would definitely recommend.

I love this game it’s amazing I could play it all day

Mario Kart games have always had nostalgic value, but the simple track designs and Nintendo's strategy of staying one generation behind with hardware has kept me from being a Mario kart fan-boy. But the Switch edition with HD graphics looks great (especially on my 4k tv). It also includes all the dlc tracks from the wii-u edition, so it'll be some time before you get bored with them all. The designs are also way more interesting and intricate than previous games; they're both fun to play and look at. My favorite features of this game is the "auto accellerate" and steering assist. My 2 year old, who loves the game but doesn't quite comprehend accelerating and braking...or steering, can still enjoy the game and feel like he's a master racer. (He often comes in 7th.) It's a great game for friends and family, both accessible and challenging enough not be boring.

This game is great for experienced racers and also novice gamers. It has driving assists for people who may not be great on the sticks but also higher level gameplay for the race heads. Overall it’s a must buy for nintendo switch owners

We bought this game to play with our 8 years old twins. Best family game for us. We have 4 Nintendo Switch controllers and this game is absolutely fun the play. A lot of different tracks and players. You can also customize the cars.

It's what to be expected from a port from an earlier console version. This is just about the same as the Wii U Version with the exception of better visuals (which is debatable), a fixed battle mode which is way more fun this time, all the maps as before.

This version is just as fun as the previous versions while having updated graphics. The default controllers were too small so i bought the set of two wheels just to have a better grip on the controller as i dont care for using the wheel as a wheel.

I grew up playing this game and it is just as fun at the age of 25! I've played it with my nieces and nephews and they love it and there are so many race tracks to choose from from old versions of the game and new ones too!

This game is fun and easy even for novices to learn to play. It has several different game modes to switch up playing. It's a bit hard to see on the Switch Lite in battle mode though.

Our whole family (ages 4-40) enjoys this game. We like that we can all play it together. It has some old Nintendo game tracks that the adults appreciate. It's also an easy game for most people to play.

I have yet to play a kart racing game that can compare to this series. This one has the greats from previous titles. Also, this game is easy for kids to pick up. My 5yr old is already beating me. This is a must for your collection.

Great game a must have for switch. If Nintendo see this I’m only reviewing because Best Buy keeps spamming my email with “review your purchases and get a 400$ gift card”. I want to see if the gift card is real or some free review scam. Best Buy protection is a must need for all electronics If you follow my reviews, I’ll mention if I ever get a 400$ gift card.
