Fun and addictive. Easy to pick up and play. Must play for Nintendo fans

I’ve always been a fan of the Mario Kart series and honestly Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has outdone itself and brought the old to the new and the new to the old. Retro tracks giving you that nostalgic feeling while also experiencing new features on them. If you’ve liked Mario Kart, this is definitely one of the best in the series

Many hours of gameplay are to be enjoyed here. From the long list of tracks and modes this is an excellent party game. The Deluxe version steps it up further with the new content.

If you played the Wii U version, or really even the previous entry in the series on the Wii, you know what you're getting. It's a family friendly racing game with iconic characters. This version has upgraded visuals, which aren't that big of a deal to me personally with this style (i.e., Nintendo cartoonish) of visuals. It also has some additional modes. If you like Mario Kart, this is probably the most definitive modern version of the game (even if the original is still more iconic and better to me). It's definitely worth checking out.

Great game! Lots of fun with some nostalgic (but also updated) tracks and some new ones. Great for groups and individuals. If you like the previous games, you'll love this one too.

I got this cause my friends wanted to play it. They couldn't handle my professional racing so we don't play anymore :(

absolutely love this game. I’ve loved every Mario Kart game and this one continues the tradition. Online play is fantastic and I absolutely love that I can take it on the go.

My 5yo grandson loves this game! He is able to navigate through the courses and the different speeds are a challenge for him. This is the first game he has played on his Switch console. So glad it was referred to me as a good starter game that he will go back to forever!

If you own this game for Wii U it is the same game. However I bought it twice so I could play it on my Switch and on the go. It’s a solid game and the internet play has really improved.

Fun and filled with many courses that it doesn't become repetitive to soon. As far as characters they have more than enough of the Nintendo Crew that you'll enjoy all the wacky movements and funny vehicles that you'll always have a custom car no mater what mix you chose. I play with a 12 6 and 4 year old on split screen and we have a great time. To add fun the racing wheel adds a lot more "realism" to the kids to enjoy the feel of "driving" . Haven't gotten the actual race wheel but will soon.

We recently purchased a Switch for my daughter and this game is a must purchase for one of the first games to get. Multiple player options and fun play makes the game a must.

So much fun to play, and easy for beginners to learn. I grew up with Nintendo, but this is my 7 year olds first crack at it and he loves it! Finally a game we can play and enjoy together!

I bought MarioCart Deluxe along with Switch game console as a gift for family. They enjoy playing Mario cart with the new switch

I love being competitive with my friends when they're over for drinks and having fun. We come from the super nintendo era and it's nice to see they still kept the star road.

This is a great game if you want to ruin friendships, or even settle some debates on who's the better Mario Kart player! if you already on the Wii U version of Mario Kart 8 with the deluxe all you get are the unlock stages that you had to purchase on the Wii U version. The graphics are better the game play it's the same. I have no complaints personally I recommend this game for anybody who wants to have game night with a few friends or someone who likes competitive racing without the serious nature of Forza or any other realistic racing game. I also recommend for anybody who a love of Nintendo characters!

The name says it all. The game is a fun, colorful, challenging at times exciting racing thrill. Great for kids and adults. Has plenty of custom racing experience options, challenges, and even multiplayer online (if you've paid for that service). Good selection of playable characters. Tracks wil keep you on your toes, amd the music tapping them. I like how you have an extensive list of customizations for your kart. Also assited driving is great for new drivers or harder tracks. Local multiplayer is a simple setup. Overall a very good game. Few would be disappointed.
