    Mario Kart 8 was very nearly the best for me, but the lack of a Battle Mode hurt it a lot. Here, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is an improvement on nearly every level. It's in my opinion the best playing, the best roster, and the best stages. The only problem? It doesn't do enough to justify buying it if you owned it on Wii U. Hopefully it will get some more content down the road.
