This game is amazing!! It was way better than I expected it to be. The graphics, new maps and new game modes make it much better than the one I played for the Wii. After a couple of hours I would get tired of the one for the Wii but with this one there's a lot of options to keep you busy for much longer. The ability to earn coins in races to customize your loadout and gear makes it even better. Definitely a new favorite of mine!!

Fun game to play with the little ones. Took a little to get use to the single controller.

Overall, it’s incredibly fun and I can spend hours playing it. This Mario Kart has the classic SNES and N64 set up: every character and course is unlocked from day 1. You can still unlock new parts, but there’s nothing to unlock besides that. I found that aspect slightly disappointing, but the rest of the game is so fun that after my first cup or two, I just didn’t care.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the best Mario Kart ever in my opinion. The original release on Wii U had amazing races and beautiful graphics. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe takes that package, adds all the DLC from the Wii U, and then they add a full fledged battle mode with several game modes and more. There are also a few more additions like new racers and 2 items instead of 1. All Switch owners should pick this up!
