This game is great! My son wanted this for his birthday and I love that my 3 year old can play it as well. It’s easy enough for her to be able to steer on her own.

Mario Kart 8 is by far the best game in the series. There's so many tracks and characters to play as.

The game is great, huge character list, awesome tracks, great graphics, and BATTLEMODE! Can play against AI, with friends and AI, or just friends. Great social game.

This was a gift for my girlfriend and she loves this game. Shes plays it every time she gets a chance and has fun playing it.

one of the best games ever made in the history of games. it does have faults tho, its not at all realistic...the jumps in the game are silly like half a mile jumps!! doing so would destroy those struts/shocks/vertebrea ....I've just realized I have no idea how to spell vertebrae ...oh! I just did it.

MarioKart has been a great way to hang out with our adult kids scattered around the country. A Zoom call on the side allows for sharing stories and heckling. Naturally, this requires a Nintendo online account. There is just enough random chaos to make it entertaining for folks who might not be video game pros, and it doesn't demand twitch reflexes in order to play and have a good time. That said, our 30-something gamer son trounces us most of the time...but not always!

If you love the old Mario Kart games, I'm sure this'll be no different. Same old game, with added features such as getting to drive alongside the wall and cool new minigames. I've spent sooooo much hours playing this game already and I still play it once in a while even though I've almost gotten all the gold thropies... My favorite is the insane 200 cc races. One thing that I don't like is that I would always get attacked with the annoying shell attack when I'm in first, but when it's the comp in first they would never (at least not as much as me) and they would be insanely fast.

This has more game modes for battle between others. All characters unlocked and ready to go from the start. A must have as a party game or just to game alone.

Brings me back to the SNES/N64 days. Lots more tracks to choose from and tons of new features/items. Can't wait to bring it to a friend's house for some multiplayer.

Fun game to play with the kids. Easy to learn how to play and nothing controversial. Would buy again.

Great, easy to play game that’s fun for kids and families with up to 4-players at a time. Recommend for anyone with a Nintendo Switch.

Forget the garbage nintendo online system. You don't need to worry about friend codes, just get four controllers and a big enough tv that 4player split screen won't make your eyes bleed from straining and you'll have a blast here. Lots of stages and characters to choose from. Tons of combinations and possibilities are available. This isn't a new Mario Kart, just a rerelease of the Wii U version but it includes all the DLC for free (rightfully so). Can't comment on online gaming aspect as I refuse to pay 50 bucks a month for Nintendo's garage online system........friend codes still? Come on!

Soooo much fun. If you haven't played Mario kart since you were a kid, this will take you back. Great game for a quick hour of racing then move on to something else

This is a fun game, even for "mature" folks. The graphics are fun and it is easy to play without knowing all the tricks.
