I was was very excited when this game came out. For me this is a must-have for Switch owners, it is nice how you can carry the haze of racing anywhere with the power of the Nintendo switch. One of best game changers in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the double items, it gives you better way to stay up and adds more excitement! And the battle modes are awesome, I really like the new Renegade Round up, and even better with actual battle stages. This game adds all the good things there could ever be.

Mario Kart is the most fun you'll have playing a racing game with friends! Mario Kart 8 on the Nintendo Switch is awesome!

Its the perfect co-op game for a friend. There is about 50 tracks all together, and about 40 characters to choose from.

This has become our family's go-to game on the Switch. The first day we got it my wife, son, and I probably played 6 hours straight. My son 3 (few months will be 4) is having a blast. This is really his first video game experience, outside ipad/iphone games, and he loves it. He does really well with the controls for his age. We are now thinking about getting him his own 2DS with Mario Kart for his Bday. I highly recommend this for any family gamers out there. You'll have so much fun!

If you love Mario Kart, get this game. It's fun and simple. There's also a certain level of challenge for people, whether they're playing gaining the computer, locally with another player, or online. The thing that surprises me is the fact that Nintendo managed to make the online functionality fairly stable. This is pretty new for Nintendo and it was a long time coming. The different game modes, especially within the battle setting, are a lot of fun and offer a lot of replayability..

This was a fantastic purchase, for both me and my 5 year old (and really my 2 year old as well). The assisted controls allow him to just hold the remote, and it will keep him on the track and moving forward. Its like bumpers in bowling. This allows me to select any difficulty for myself, and he can play along with me without spending the whole time getting lifted back on the track. For me, its a ton of fun and I find myself playing all the modes about equally. Definitely a must buy!
