    I already own the Wii U version, but MK8 Deluxe adds all the DLC, new characters, a greatly overhauled (and much more fun) battle mode, and now thanks to the Wii U gamecube adapter being compatible with the Switch hardware (and not just individual games), gamecube controllers are supported. Just like Smash Bros, Mario Kart feels great with a gamecube controller!
