I bought this as a surprise for my son as I’d grown up on Mario Kart and hoped he’d love it the same as myself and my husband. Well he fell in love and the three of us spent all night playing. Someone was late to bed and we all three missed dinner. Every family home needs a game like that.

Apparently it’s a very popular game. It was on my grandchild’s Christmas wish list, and received multiple Nintendo Switch Mario Kart 8 games so we had to return ours

I bought this game for my siblings. We've had tons of fun playing on different maps and attempting to get first place! It's a fun game that has allowed my siblings and I to spend more time together, especially during these times!

If you have a Nintendo Switch, Mario Kart 8 is a must have, yes we know is very similar to the older Mario Karts, but is one of the most fun racing games and includes a couple of the old tracks from previews games. With the current lack of titles for the Switch, this is definitely one game to have.

I still play Mario Kart 64 religiously, but I think 8 Deluxe is edging it out. There's something so perfect about every mode and I don't have to use the old worn out 64 controller. Some of the A.I. is a little rubberbandy and the spiked shell is pure evil, but it's always a good time.

Bought this on a recommendation of friends as a “starter” game for the brand new Nintendo Switch. We have since purchased several more games but this one remains an absolute favorite. It seems to be fun for all ages and ability levels and doesn’t really grow old like many other games.

If you played the Wii U version, this is pretty much the carbon copy of it with all the DLC. The game is family and kid friendly. We play on family night and we all have a blast. They offer a variety of control methods, where you can use the Pro controller, a single Joycon or both Joycons.

This game will make you buy a BIGGER TV!! Can play up to 8 people on one screen. We went from a 32 inch TV to a 72 inch and we're looking into 80+ due to this game. So much party fun for all adults and kids!

This is a really fun game that I play with my girlfriend.

Talk about needing something to occupy the family!!!! This did the trick. We now play 4 player each night for about 30 minutes. Its a great way to spend time with the family + talk a little trash to my kids/wife w/o getting kicked out of the house.

I’m a huge Mario kart fan. Originally I was waiting for a new Mario kart to come out since this one has been out for a while, but it’s no wonder they’re not making a new one yet. This game is great highly recommended.

New levels, New games and it seems like the difficulty was turned up just a notch. Perfect Birthday present for anyone. The other cool thing is that Mario games always seem to keep a high resale value. So if you get bored of it, just trade it in. Always a Nostalgic experience playing Mario Kart with my kids.

This is the best version of MK ever! It's so fun and difficult and kid friendly but also entertaining enough for an adult. The controls are good. and the character options are great! I love this game it's probably my favorite. Highly recommend

Really fun game. The graphics look amazing and controls work really well. I do with they displayed the lap times like the old N64 version. Cool that you can play it with 2 players just using the left controler and the right controller. No need to buy a second controller. Really fun game to play with friends.

My daughter loved the game because she likes to be the princess and plays with my granddaughter. excellent game very healthy

Mario Kart 8 is so much fun! I thought it would be boring because we have a bunch of other racing games, but there are different types of battles and arenas. It’s pretty fun!

Mario Kart is an institution. It will never not be a fun game. That said, there are too many carbon copy characters. Mario, Baby Mario, Tanooki Mario, Metal Mario, Peach, Baby Peach, Cat Peach, and Pink Gold Peach. Why do we need padding when it comes to the same characters? I hope Mario Kart is slowly going the way of Smash Bros. Playing as Link and the Splatoon kids, not to mention Animal Crossing characters, feels like a natural progression. All the more need for new characters in the Mario Kart universe, not carbon copies!

Exactly what I wanted to add to the switch game collection. Definitely a must have! So fun and entertaining!

Finally the return of Mario Kart with Mario Kart 8 deluxe. This is the most fun I have ever had playing a Nintendo game. The graphics are terrific and this a game for everyone to join in on the fun. I definitely will recommend this for anyone who is fortunate enough to get their hands on a Nintendo Switch.
