This is an incredibly fun game for both single and multiplayer. I mastered the Wii U version and still continue to play this one. The single player against AI and Time Trials is fun and the multiplayer is the best it has ever been. If you have a Switch then buy this game.

I owned this game on WiiU and thought it would be redundant to buy it on Switch. Here's the thing, it isn't. The WiiU takes forever to boot this up, the Switch will toss you into an online match before the WiiU even takes you to the opening splash screen. This is the best version of Mario Kart

Fun game. Must practice drifting to be good at it. I enjoy learning how to play.

Fun game, especially with 4 players. My wife bought a Nintendo Switch and since I have the old Wii U, I figured I would buy this game to play on the switch. There is new maps that I have never seen before on this game

As a fan of Nintendo systems, I have played many different Mario kart games, but with Mario Kart 8 deluxe, the best Mario kart game has arrived. With all the new stages and the most characters in a game, plus all the new kart combinations to be made, there is no lack in content with this game.

nintendo took what was already the best mario kart by far and then, via the switch's portability, made it about three times even better by letting you stomp kids online at any time, anywhere. switch owners need this. non switch owners need this too just to show some respect to the king.

Played this game a lot as a child. The game is a slightly different, but just as good as I remember, if not better. Only thing I don't like is the feel of the controller due to it's size. Definitely recommend the game though.

We bought the switch and the game from best buy and I'm sure my son will love it. We played it on another friends console and had a blast. Buying the controller and the game was seamless and easy even during Christmas. Thanks BB!

Great game, bought it for my kids and they love it keeps entertained, I will recommend it if you have kids they love it there's also a controller that acts as a steering wheel you can used it to play the game

Oh I missed playing Mario kart n64. This is a must buy game if you own a Nintendo. With a sale price of $39.99 can’t go wrong.

Great game plays at a solid 60 fps 99% of the time and tons of tracks to play in just the base game and you can buy additional tracks if those old ones bore you.

Love the game so far. I really enjoy it and all the trippy tracks. I would recommend this game especially at the price it is right now. I bought this on sale and I don't regret the purchase.

The changes and improvements to multiplayer are great! If your goal is to get first on any grand prix beyond 50cc, then prepare to have to re-do races over and over again for the trophy. The AI will bombard you with attacks right before the finish in the 4th race of the series most of the time.

Regardless of age, we all love this game. Best multiplayer game out there in my opinion. No swearing or violence, just a riot of fun and so many different courses for difficulty and variety. You can't go wrong on MarioKart!

Not sure if it’s because I haven’t played Mario Kart in a long time for a home console, but it feels very different to drive/drift. It doesn’t take that long to learn if you’ve played it your whole life. I love how many places there are, can’t wait to unlock more things.

Game is just a classic. Have so many different characters to choose from and can customize your kart. I love how you can play with friends online. A good amount of game modes to choose from. I wouldn't change anything about this game.
