Gameplay is on point I'm glad they brought back the 2 items to use and gameplay is smooth. Overall I would recommend. I got this when it was on sale along with my gcu., which make it even a better deal. Not a lot of first-party Nintendo games go on sale.

I am a Nintendo honk, but have never been a huge fan of MK in general. This one is pretty fun and the online experience is better than Nintendo has provided in the past. I got it on sale, so I can't complain.

Wow what a treat for any gamer to play. Several different drivers and customizable cars/cycles to choose from. The courses are fun and addicting as usual which makes it hard to step away. The addition of Link and Splatoon into the mix makes it even more intriguing.

This is such a fun game. I was hesitant to buy at first because I wasn't sure if I'd get tired of it easily, but the replay value has me coming back for more. It's a ton of fun when playing with friends. Highly recommend it as a nice pick up and go Nintendo Switch game

When I bought my Switch, I already had Mario Kart 8 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Wii U. I immediately bought this, while BOTW took a price break to be worth the double dip. You do NOT want to run into another Switch owner and not have this game.

It's an enhanced version of the one available on the WiiU. But the WiiU was a terrible console as compared to the switch. Game has a bunch of tracks and online play is great. This is a must have title for the Switch.

If you played the Wii U version then you'll largely know what to expect with MK8D. It comes with all of the DLC and adds an improved and true battlemode. If you skipped over MK8 on the Wii U then you owe it to yourself to experience the best Mario Kart experience to date!

Mario Kart is a great game, can't go wrong with it. I got it on discount, under 40 dollars during the black friday sale, and Nintendo games never go on sale for a significant amount.

This is a super fun game to play with the whole family. Set up is really easy.

Bought this for my grandson for his birthday and his eyes almost popped out of his head when he opened it! He told me he is having so much fun playing it. (so does his dad!) The salesman at the store was so helpful in my purchase that I couldn't thank him enough!

I've played almost every Mario Kart since release, starting with Super Mario Kart, except for Mario Kart 8 due to never having a WiiU. When I heard 8 was coming to switch i got really excited and I have to say was not disappointed! This is the pinnacle of Mario Kart games!

If you loved this game as a kid on the original console, you will love it on the switch!

if you've liked any of the previous games or if you're just a Nintendo or racing fan in general, this one is definitely worth picking up. It's a port from the Wii but with all the improvements you would expect on a new system.

Always loved playing Mario kart so having it on the switch is amazing.

I purchased this game for my oldest grandson for his birthday. He has really enjoyed playing it. I would definitely recommend.

My son loves it! He is having a blast with it. He likes that the new race levels come free....and so do I ;). He loves the battles of the mini game and the underpass from Splatoon. He also didn't have to buy any new characters and loves the new ones it comes with.

This game fits my expectations well. Now I can play with my friends during the party. But I really hope it can add more players so that I can invite more friends to play with me.

Love the game! The smart-driving feature is great for when younger kids and less-experienced gamers are playing. I really like that they incorporated some older tracks into the game as well as tracks from other games (Excitebike & F-Zero).

As a birthday gift to my 9 year old Granddaughter, this game is so much fun for her to play. She and her Dad play with it, each laughing out loud with glee! I laugh watching them as they enjoy the game! I would recommend it for anyone who likes fast, racing fun games.

The game works fine; THE GAME IS GREAT !!! All my grandchildren play it and there is nothing but laughter in the room
