nostalgic and a classic ✨ and easy to play game, reminiscent of childhood

My grand daughter who has mental disabilities just loves this game. Makes her happy.

Game is great in almost every regard, However the multiplayer has connectivity issues. When trying to connect to a lobby more often then not I am greeted with "A network error has occurred" This can be rather frustrating. Other then that there is hardly anything wrong with the game it has everything you would expect from a polished title: 60FPS Stable, Smooth graphics and vibrant colors, A lot of maps and modes to keep you busy for quite a while. I can happily say that this game is a must buy... a no-brainer really, For any Switch owner.

The Wii U was a failure by all standards. People only bought them once they became cheap because the Switch had been released. I know dozens of people who had never played this game before the Switch and are saying it's the best Mario Kart game of all time. I played it on the Wii U and the addition of multiple battle modes and the return of traditional battle is a great plus to the game. For me though, this is a very slightly upgraded re-release (albeit I did like the original a ton and agreed that it's in the running for greatest Mario Kart of all time) so I can't give it more than 4/5.

Love this game. It is great being able to play 2 players online on one console with just the joy cons that came with the system. It's a great racing game to play with friends or online. I like all the different modes the game has and the ability to customize you races.

It seems neat. Thumbs up. I'm not a gamer but if I ever wanted to be it would be because I saw this game. I only made this review this long and corny because of made me submit 50 characters before I got points for doing the survey. Might as well be honest right?

I pay this with my 6 and 4 year olds and we have a blast playing this game. Easy to play for the 4 year old but challenging enough even for me. Well balanced, quick gameplay. This is our favorite game on the Switch right now.

I love how I can play Mario Kart with my family right in our living room. Not many games these days have split screen where you can just play with 2 people. Without all that online hassle. Highly recommend. Great game for when you just want to play with some Mario Kart.

Despite the duplicate release Mario Kart 8 looks great and plays great on the Switch. The DLC content is already unlocked for you, and if you never had a chance to do so before you can try your hand on the higher difficulty of the tracks that was released later.

Played Mario Kart growing up on Super Nintendo and playing this one is pretty great! Anything Super Mario is going to be awesome. Hate to admit that I bought it more for me than the kids, but they love it equally as much as I do.

Nintendo is slowly releasing games for Switch with Mario Kart being one of the highly anticipated ones. It is enjoyable with the different array of multi-player options, including racing and battles. Re-play value is high and enjoyable despite logging hours of gameplay.

We love going to the local arcade and playing Mario kart. We were really interested if this would be the same or not but it is. We love being able to do it right from home and race 4 players at one time. I do have to say this is a must have!

I bought this for my Nintendo Switch! It’s a great game and Best But is the best. They price match too! This game has hours of endless fun for family and everyone to enjoy.

This is one of our all time favorite games to play as a family. We have a lot of fun laughing at each other and ourselves as we race along the various courses and try to beat everyone. Played this on the WII and could not wait to play it on the Switch.

Although the game is virtually the same as Mario Kart 8, the battle modes and maps are well done and the new characters are fun to see. I would only buy, however, if you've never had Mario Kart 8 before on the Wii U and want a new Switch console.

This is the best game nintendo has been making since nintendo 64. I have always enjoyed playing this game alone but more with multiplayers! Please do not hesitate to give it a try, I absolutely recommend it.

As always, Mario kart is great fun. Best Buy had this physical game for $10 less than anywhere else, AND it came with a year free of Nintendo switch online.
