Absolutely fantastic. Looks great, plays great and lots of fun.

Well, I bought this one because I'm really well addicted to MK. I already had the Wii U version, so this one doesn't bring too much to the table. However, it's portable. I played this with my wife on the airport as we were making an international flight to Brazil and it was amazing! Everyone was staring at us and asking where I bought that.

Very fun game to play with the kiddos. Surprissingly hard to play as an adult. As soon as i think im going to win, i end up in 6th ot even last place

Great game to play with my kids. We play as a family several nights a week before bed if homework gets done.

Fun! Different than the WII version so it took us a a few tries to get used to. But still the same fun with new tracks!

The Deluxe Edition lives true to it's name. It has all your favorite tracks newly updated all the way from the SNES. It is a joy to play and the online experience is even better with plenty of support. If you have ever played Mario Kart or this is your first experience, this is a must have on the Switch!

If you like to race this is for you. I just sit back and let loose. I like to see how many other drivers I can knock off the road lol. My 5 year old recently beat me and I had to regroup myself and figure out how on Earth did Bowser controlled by a 5 year old could dust me? Anywho it's fun but I wish it had more courses.

This is my first game for the Nintendo Switch and I must say it has been fun playing. My 6 year old loves playing this game, he is just beginning to play games so he plays 50cc and is able to do well. There are all sorts of different game types you can play so it is hard to get bored. I have not yet tried multiplayer but it looks promising.

If you've played this on the Wii U, you already know what you're getting. Just now you get every character including DLC unlocked from the get go and this game will still provide hours of fun in either local or online multiplayer. Even playing it with a single Joy-Con for each person is a blast and utilizes the Switch's Joy-Con capabilities.

Mario Kart 8 was a great game on the Wii U I heard. I never owned a Wii U but I did get a Nintendo Switch. This game is a must have to play in between Zelda. Game is easy to learn for all ages and difficult to master over time. Online play for now is a tad buggy, but hopefully gets fixed once Nintendo goes paid for online like other game consoles.

The game is really fun. The last Mario Kart I played was for the N64. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a big step up. The graphics are great, the gameplay is fluid and easy to pick up. Wish I had the pro controller for more intense play. Thought it was great to see all the old stages too. Definitely recommend if you haven't played Mario Kart in a while.

We actually weren't going to purchase this game because we already own it for the Wii U, however, I am very happy that we did. The improvements that have been made were worth it for us, as my daughter is younger (4 years old), so the older version was too difficult for her. We really enjoy playing this game together as a family.

I've played almost all the Mario Karts, starting with the SNES version. This one is as good as any. Several new characters to choose from, fun courses and amazing online gameplay. Definitely recommend for any Mario Kart fans or anyone interested in a fun racing game. Plus, you can play 1-4 players, which makes it great for entertaining friends.

Mario Kart has been fun since I started playing it on super Nintendo. Out of the box this is great and with Nintendo adding more tracks makes it even better.

Late adopter to the switch would definitely played plenty of Mario kart 64 back in college. Really cool to see all the throwback tracks in this game. My kids love it too and I like that even the younger one can just keep her finger on the gas and finish the races.

this is perfect game for the family to have a friendly competition. don't forget to race the grand prix at any level to unlock all the tracks.

I bought the Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart 8 for my fiancée who isn't much of a gamer. We both absolutely love the game and she hasn't put it down since I brought it home. It has great graphics on both the handheld and docked versions and plays better than any of the other versions while still maintaining the integrity of the franchise.
