Getting this game for the Switch is a no-brainer. One of the must-haves if you ever decide to own a Switch!

I personally enjoyed it as a party game when family or friends come over. The learning curve isn’t steep at all! Anyone can absolutely learn to press one button for gas and one for breaking. Then steering with the joystick.

What else can I say other than this is a classic must have game. It's fun by yourself or with a group of friends! Crack a few beers (or juices if you aren't 21+) and have a good time.

At first I wasn't sure whether or not it would be worth the purchase since I already own the Wii U version of Mario Kart 8. I was wrong! This game is fantastic! The updated frame rate and the new battle mode definitely makes this game worth getting again.

I was a bit skeptical of how well this would look on a large screen, but it looks great. The game is fun with other players, obviously, but even more fun playing with family on the couch.

Love it! As a kid I loved Mario Kart and loved playing it at arcades and now I can play it with my kids at home. We all play and play with steering wheel accessory for better gaming experience.

This game is loaded with content right from the start. A ton of tracks and racers to pick from. Also there is a ton of Kart customization that can be done. Multiplayer is a blast and the game overall has a ton of reply value. Must own for Switch owners.

This version of Mario Kart 8 is perfect for the Switch. The control scheme allows for 2 players to use one set of Joy Cons. All DLC from the original is included, and all characters are already unlocked. Pick it up if you haven't played it on the Wii U.

If you’ve just bought a Nintendo switch or need a good game that can be played hours on end during parties or casually at a friend’s house, get this game. There are so many unlockables and game modes you won’t be able to put this down.

This game is amazing. It comes setup automatically for kids mode which allows kids to go without going off road or hitting the gas. I am an adult and I enjoy playing it online and with friends.

This is a great family game for the Nintendo Switch! You can enjoy racing against each other and/or computer-controlled racers on a variety of courses. When you're ready to expand, you can get online and race other players from around the world!

We still play it to this day love how more than 2 people can play on the same screen while hooked up to the TV

This is the Best Mario Kart Game ever made. The online play is amazing, and the game is just a blast to play by yourself or with family & friends. One of the coolest features is that you can play people from all over the world online for FREE. Yes, Free.

Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U was fantastic and I didn't think it could get any better... Nintendo proved the world wrong. The revamped battle mode is enough to buy this again. Period. Anyone with a Switch would be passing up a great game by not buying this.

I am always a huge Mario Kart fan. This version is a fantastic update to the Wii U version. Much better gameplay on the Switch. The additional new features are nice as well. Much appreciated Nintendo. Now let's get some of those other games out as well!!

This is Mario Kart 8 but the subtle changes to balance and the addition of the Battle mode makes this game feels fresh. The addition of the HD Crown when you win an Online Match gives you an incentive to win every online match. Great Fun and Great Agony!
