I bought this for my kids age 5 and 7. They are girls but enjoy playing this game. I'm glad because it's not a game that I don't mind playing with them either.

Love this game and it really takes me on a nostalgia trip as it reminds me of when I would play Mario Kart on the GameCube as a kid with all my friends. I really like the gameplay and the overall look of the game. Would definitely recommend this game to anyone who liked the past installments in the series.

Mario Kart 8 is a great continuation of the Mario Kart saga. With new and old levels to play, this is always a go-to for game night!

My grandson loves this game its his favorite. Super cute and fun. He is a big Fan of Super Mario had to get this for his switch lite

As usual its wonderful, truly a superb game from Nintendo. If you have ever played any of the Mario Kart games then you will Love this one, its got to be the best yet, and with today's TV's and this new gaming system, it is just Wow, so many options, so many things you can get from playing, it truly is the best yet... You can play with 1-2-3-4 people. Selecting 3 still splits the screen 4 ways. Mario and Zelda set the bar too high, it’s clear that this one was a Wii U port instead of a Switch title. Make sure to turn off assisted turning - it’s on by default and the setting is kind of hidden. This setting is great for the family - grandmothers and children, or casual adults, but if you want to test out short cuts and drive around with more freedom turn it off. It’s virtually identical to all other Mari karts before it, which is why I can only give it 4 stars. The new Mario and the new Zelda are simply amazing and this one does not match - it’s still great fun - an easy to pick up party / family game.

Mario Kart is a pretty good game for the whole family. It is easy to pick up and doesn't require a lot of thought. So a great game for a family tournament. I have to say that I like that you don't need to read a huge manual to figure out how to play and it is entertaining to see the whole family jump in.

My girlfriend and our friends bought me the Nintendo switch for my birthday recently and they got Mario cart 8 deluxe so we could all play together since we always have someone over, and I’ve always loved the Mario carts on my DS and this game is very entertaining and great to have when we have people over.

I played this for a good number of hours back on Wii U however, I picked it up again for the portability aspect on the Switch. The additional battle mode and small tweaks to the racing make an already great Kart title even better. Definite pick up if you've never played it before. If you are on the fence maybe wait for a sale.

I already own the copy for the Wii U but decided to pick it up for the switch also. It includes all the DLC (which I didn't own yet) so for me it was worth buying again. It looks and plays great on the Nintendo switch. Online play is fun, and honestly it plays just fine with the joycon. It looks beautiful on the switch screen.

Mario cart is a classic game, and with the switch you can play with friends all over. There are new tracks to play, exclusive to the online bonus subscription.

If you're an old school Mario Kart fan it doesn't get much better than this. Updated gameplay with plenty of nods to the classics. And the graphics are incredibly amazing.
