I only picked up cause the original was a great game and It's been long gone, sold along with the wii U of mine. That and the thought of using the much improved gyro along with the neat ergonomic steering wheels kinda tipped me over the fence. And I was right, using the steering wheel with this game is pretty great actually, you can use tilt controls AND joystick, making it that much more fun because there's actually human error involved. I picked the pair up thinking it'll provide superior SL/SR feel and I was right + the price for two is just nice. Everything else on the other hand is what we've always wanted in the original and more.

Family loves this game. A little bit of the old mixed with something new. My 4 year old is beating us all using the auto gas, and assertive steer modes. Perfect for all ages.

MK8 on switch is what MK8 on WiiU should have been. Game is very good. Battle modes maps are good. Kinda sour over the WiiU rehashing :( However the scale of the game seems to be kinda off, either the maps are too big or too small. Also MK8 isn't very passive on competitive play and there seems to be some latency issues with the joycons which with quickly end any chance of winning. Not sure what the issue is there.

It's almost like the wiiu version. Ours had all the dlc as part of the game. Great play mechanics plays well on screen or in portable mode. Family has a great time playing it.

My daughter loves this game. She played it on wii, then 3ds, then wii u and now she wanted switch version. It is good because you don't need additional controler to play 2 players.

Absolute blast, also My 6yo and 3 year old actually get along when this is on so thats cool

Mario Kart 8: Deluxe addition takes the foundation of the Wii U game and ramps everything up for the Nintendo Switch. New characters, courses, and Battle Mode make this a must-have!

Like all other Mario Kart games, this is a great game! We have the Wii U version and it's very similar to that but with more levels/characters, etc. Very fun, definitely recommend.

MK just doesn't grab me like it used to. Formula is getting stale but always fun with friends!

Mario Kart 8 is amazing and the controls are perfect with the game, although one joy con for each player is a little uncomfortable it still doesn't stop you from having tons of fun.

Play it with my friends and coworkers during lunch. Ton of fun great value no issues graphical or otherwise. It's a racing game even people not into racing games can get behind.

Another great Verizon of MARIO kart. Plenty of characters to choose . Only thing I didn't like was the inibility to adjust gameplay buttons. I felt them to be a little uncomfortable

Just like all other Mario Kart games. LOVE that they give you tracks from all previous Nintendo systems. Good for all ages. And perfect family game.

It takes me back to my childhood...but with better graphics and faster movements. One of my top favorites. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

Really fun game. Definitely a must own for switch users especially with the booster pack.

Keeps me entertained when I have some free time. Fun game to have at home or when you are waiting in lines . Easy to play , enjoyable and relaxing .

Waited forever for this game to go on sale and finally just bought it anyway. Totally worth it, Just buy it nothing more needs to be said.

As if the original wasnt already great, they dropped the deluxe addition with a TON more characters and race circuits, best game for all ages!
