What's not to like? If you've enjoyed other MarioKart titles, you are likely to enjoy this one. There are a lot of new characters, vehicle options, tracks, and a new mini game or two.

This game has been great fun for my family and friends, not difficult to get the hang of either!

great game that really brings old versions with new versions all together. great for generations to enjoy and reminisce and embrace the exciting new levels!

Although almost similar to the Wii U version, it has a few new things added such as a few new characters, items, vehicles and new battle modes (Renegade Roundup is fun!). Overall, another fun fan-favorite game that you can now take with you on-the-go thanks to the Switch!

Mario Kart is back with new customizations, new characters and new tracks! A must-have game for the switch! Hours of fun in a tiny SD cartridge that is guaranteed to get your entire house off their phones and behind the wheel.

Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U was an amazing game. Except for Battle Mode. That has been fixed with a new, amazing battle mode and all the tracks and characters (including downloadable content) from the Wii U version.... and the portability aspect is the icing on the cake.

We used to play Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U. But the Switch version is so much better! It has way more tracks and better graphics. The grandkids (ages 3-8) love coming to Nana's house to play. The only problem is that they cry when they have to leave.

A family favorite, I truly recommend it my kids love it and adults too

Full HD Mariokart on the go? Yes Please! The last time I played Mariokart was on the 3DS. This is so much better. I never played the Wii U version, so it was a real eye opener. The tracks have so much detail and having them in high definition is totally immersive. With all of the characters unlocked right off the bat, I could jump right in and choose what I wanted without any DLC. Probably the best part is local multi-player. That is how this game was meant to be played. There's nothing like split screening with friends. Multiplayer off the television was so difficult on the 3DS. But now with the switch, I can play with friends on the spot. It's a perfect fit for the platform. This is a staple if you own the Switch. It is great for quick games while you're waiting on the bus, or you need a quick break from work. the fact that the races last just 3 minutes makes it super easy to sneak in a quick game!

Super fun game title, kids love it. Great fir whole family. Switch is great because you can take it with you so easily and this game is a hit with everyone. And I’m not even a Mario fan and still love it.

This is one game that can appeal to everyone. I havent played a Mario Kart game is about a decade, but this game feels familiar yet extremely polished. The visuals are stunning and I love the retro tracks. We've put many hours into this game, and it still feels fresh.

Great game with lots of fun maps, cars and characters to try out. Fun for multiple players to be able to play at once with additional controllers. A bit pricey, but fun for all ages.

mario kart was one of the first games I fell in love with and mario kart 8 has taken it to the next level. So many tracks with many classics remastered and brought back. A+

Mario kart is a classic! We got this for my 6 year old son when we got his Nintendo switch. It’s fun for all of us to play and a throw back to our childhood! My son was able to quickly pick up the game and does pretty well with it. Usually these types of games can be frustrating for little ones but Nintendo knows what they are doing. Fun for all ages!

I love this game. I bought it to play with my kids. They are 3 and 4 and playing with the wheel is very intuitive and funny! This is fun for the whole family
