We decided to buy my 3 yr. old son Mario Kart because initially we thought it be an easy enough game to play on the Nintendo game as his first game and he loved it he had a blast the game you can easily pick and choose characters and navigate through the game graphics are great; multiplayer options and online options are a blast we can play with other family members who also have the game.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a great purchase if you are looking for a game fairly easy to get into and holds hours of fun trying to get gold on trophies. Versus modes and online features add to the fun and make the already great game even better. I love the retro levels!

You cannot go wrong having Mario Kart in your Nintendo collection. Hands down fun for the family and friends.

This game went really well with the switch my kids loved this game and they played the Mario kart game on there 3ds I’m glad they enjoyed this game hope your kids do too

I never realized how much fun this game is but I've been having a blast playing it lately. You can online with other players, or 2 player local or alone. I always loved playing online though against other players. Definitely a lot of fun.

Both the kids and husband love it. Bright colors, appropriate for all ages.

What a great game! So much family & friendship fun playing this game.

Though I played countless hours of Mario Kart 8 on my Wii U, the ability to play with my girlfriend, anywhere, anytime, along with some of the added features (a truly realized Battle Mode, Inkling Girl and Boy, Double Items, etc) helped me re-realize the value of the game itself. Though I definitely wish that there was a discount for Wii U owners, it's hard to argue with the fact that Mario Kart has never been better.

My son absolutely loves playing this game on the go and at home. I even enjoy playing myself.

ok so those that played mario kart on wii u this will be just like you left off. but better graphics, and portable mode really add some nice value. Joycons can be a bit small but play well. I nintendo switch is going to be a hit, once it catches it stride and more people get there hands on one. my kids played this in 4 player/portable mode, while small screen it is doable and makes the car ride somewhere a lil more fun!

Really fun game, classic mario kart. Will enjoy this game if you played previous versions

Like every Mario Kart before it, this game is a joy to play with others. This has to be one of the top 3 Mario Kart games ever made. If you already own it for the Wii U and have the DLC then do not spend your money on it again. But for anyone who does not have it already or retired their Wii U, definitely pick it up and you are certain to have a good time when having guests over or playing the 200cc mode.
