A rock-solid addition to the Mario Kart franchise. It's easily the most comprehensive entry in the series thus far--outside of Double Dash's co-op mode (which seems to have been a one-off), it's hard to think of anything that's missing from the Deluxe version of 8. It's one of the best local multiplayer experiences on the market.

Good gamegame is super good like mario and luigi good game and very nice for kids and adults love it people loves it my neighbor’s wife loves it like i do and the whole block loves it and the whole town where i live in

This is the best Mario Kart game to date! Superb courses, nice characters and super smooth game play with a stable 60 fps. Also for time-trial fanatics there is enough to do with a Nintendo ghost to beat in every level and courses that let you master them in every detail, This is a no-brain er for every Nintendo Switch owner.

MK8 is probably the best that Mario Kart has ever been. If that's all you want then you'll love this. There's not really a whole lot new here though. The content of the game is basically the same as the N64 game just prettier.

I was really excited to get this as my first game for the switch to see what has changed to make the game even better. The good: really crisp graphics, more precise motion steering, and the anti-gravity concept opens up a fun new way to find shortcuts. There are a few new battle modes as well which are much better than the old ones. The bad: it is so much like the wii game I don't feel like I'm playing a new game as much as an HD version of what I've played before. The other disappointing thing is it comes out of the box with all but one character unlocked and all the tracks unlocked. There's not nearly as much for me and my family to work for. Still a classic game but slightly disappointing.

Don't play this game with family members lol it will break relationships! It's a blast to play!

Makes for some fun family gaming despite our families competitive nature! Bought the online expansion pack too.

kids love the game been lookin for it to go on sale so glad it did we got it as soon as we could still wait on some other games to go on sale controllers to. on fix income grandmas got to do the best she can. to fit my budget. thanks for the sale

Great game great content, has lots of characters and fun tracks

This was a great game on the Wii U, but Battle Mode was horribly broken. Bringing all the expanded stages, characters and vehicles from the original (and adding a couple), then opening things up with a revamped Battle Mode including the classic balloon bash makes this the definitive version of Mario Kart. If you like racing, you must pick this one up!

Fun to play with friends and family! It's so much helpful to play this on a large screen like a TV as it is difficult to see it on the normal switch screen. The game chip reads perfectly fine and the case was not damaged when I had picked it up.

I like the game. Always played games like this on my super nintendo. But now that i have the switch the graphics and the clearness looks so good. I can’t wait to by more games at best buy.

Tried the game out for the first time with a friend and got hooked. I purchased a copy for myself and raced in local lobbies. Online play is highly competitive, but much more rewarding when you get first place compared to single player races.

Family favorite Switch game!! Brings back memories of Mario Kart from my husband and I's own childhoods. Now all 3 of our kids have the game for their switch.

I bought this for our family fin nights andn just t have something for the kids to do after chores n stuff. Kids have wanted a new console for years and I love that this one can be used to go and stationary. Kids love it! Dad loves it and Im happy to watch them play
