This game comes with all the dlc characters and Tracks from the one on the Wii u but with some more characters. It also came with a bunch of new battle modes which are amazing. The one I like is new and its a cops and robbers base game. The Criminals try and avoid the cops for 3 minutes. Getting this on the switch was definitely worth it.

I’m really impressed in the way Nintendo hasn’t dramatically changed the gameplay in MarioKart over the year A-Z it’s nice to see a company recognize something is great the way it is and not try to change it for change sake.(I’m looking at you, COD) Really a blast to play!

When Mario kart 8 came out for Wii u I really wanted buy it but the lack of games for wii u stopped me. When I found out they were releasing an even better version of it for the switch I had to pick it up. This game does everything right. Note to those who have played Mario kart before, make sure you turn off auto steer or it will really mess you up.

Takes a little to get used to but super fun. And excellent to play with the kids or against them hahaha

This game is great! Reminds me of playing on Nintendo 64 and GameCube. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has better graphics and features, of course, but they maintained the playful aspect of the game. My wife has even bugged me to play it at night, and I've never been able to get her to play video games with me before. Definitely a must-have for the Switch!

Mario Kart 8 is an essential for Switch owners, but if you already own the game on Wii U, this doesn't add a ton. It basically includes the full game with all the DLC and I believe the battle modes are slightly better, but still very similar to the Wii U version. Great game, though, and one of my favorite Mario Kart games for sure.

This is by far my son’s favorite game to play. He loves creating new characters each time that he plays. It is also an easy game To play.

Mario kart is back again with a great edition. New races, new characters. Players are given the option to select their vehicles and race against each other and the computer. Great game!

This game is amazing. We bought 2 extra controllers so we can now play 4-player as a family. Even my 3-year-old can play along because of the assisted driving during the races. This is a game you buy the system for - lots of fun to be had learning how each character drivers and using the different vehicles and racing on different tracks.

So much fun. Feels just like the old ones. Great on the switch!

I spent a lot of time playing Mario Kart for the Nintendo DS, so moving on to this game was a huge upgrade. It is graphically impressive, and the gameplay is very solid. I love that additions while staying true to the mechanics of previous iterations. A very fun game to play with friends.
