My three kids were excited to buy this as they could all play this game together. It is probably one of the best multiplayer games for Nintendo Switch. At the time of purchase there was also a lower price at a different store and Best Buy honored the lower price as well. So far good purchase!

Love the quality of life improvements this provides. Auto accelerating is saving my thumb, and loving the triple boosts. The battle modes are lots of fun. Only downside is this is a premium price for what essentially is DLC for an old game. I'm selling my Mk8 for WiiU, so it's not too bad. If you don't have Mk8/WiiU, this is a must buy.

Very fun game to play with the kiddos. Surprissingly hard to play as an adult. As soon as i think im going to win, i end up in 6th ot even last place

Amazing gameplay, great soundtracks, and new maps! This game is a must have for the Nintendo Switch. If you have friends over often, this is a great game to bond with your friends and family. Fans of racing games or not, anyone can have the ability to be good at this game! Then again, same with the majority of the Mario Kart games.

Been playing Mario Kart since the SNES days. Considering that Mario Kart 8 was on the Wii U, this is by far the best port from the Wii U.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the best Mario Kart yet. It is visually stunning, and very replayable. It also is a blast to play with my kids, because it has what I like to call "no crying" mode, where you can keep a player from falling off of the track and automatically accelerate for them. Great game and a must have for all Switch owners.

I purchased this item for my son's 6th birthday as a gift. He loves Mario. The graphics are amazing. The adventure of every new race has him wanting to be the best racer and always number one. He is always ready to play and ready to race anyone.

I originally thought I'd skip out on this game because i already have it on Wii U but i caved in and got anyway and I've gotta say i think it's worth it... It's essentially the same game with added characters vehicles and the return of battle mode which i think is what makes it worth another buy alone it's definitely a great multiplayer game

I’ve played a number of cart racers across different gaming platforms and I consider this one the most enjoyable. Mario cart continues to have great general presentation, a broad cast of characters, a variety of vehicle types, and mind blowing levels. I’m glad to own this title, it is a must have.

Such a fun game to play when you have friends over or for family game nights

My girls love this game! I’ve hesitated purchasing due to the price, but I purchased as a Christmas gift and they’ve loved playing it! I would recommend also purchasing the “racing wheels” for playing 2 player on a television, but 1 player works well as the handheld.

If you don't have this game get it today! I got home and everyone attacked me to try and play. Within the first hour my wife and 3 daughters became hardcore gamers lol. Everyone was laughing and yelling and wanting to stay up all night racing each other. I am so glad Nintendo still knows how to bring the family together. Yoshi 4 the win lol

Mario Kart has been fun since I started playing it on super Nintendo. Out of the box this is great and with Nintendo adding more tracks makes it even better.

Before buying this game, I had played Mario Kart 8 on Wii U that my friend had, and I really liked it. This time Nintendo added some extra features, and fortunately I was able to get a Nintendo switch, so there was no reason not to buy this game! Online play is more stable than on Wii U! I really enjoy racing with people all over the world.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my children and they loved it. I’ve even played a few times with them and I agree as well. Picture is awesome compared to the Wii system. And tracks are much more fun than the original Mario kart for the Wii system. Honestly it’s a must to purchase this game for all of those fans that love to race.
